Ordered two coffees using my mobile app. Mobile app said 10 minutes drove to the window within that 10 minutes waited another 10 minutes at the window for my two coffees. Left Starbucks to drive home realizing both coffees were still warm at the bottom as they were iced coffees and they were both very watery. Turned around went back to the Starbucks asked for r e m a k e s for both coffee's. I was told that yes they would give me r e m a k e s but I was also scolded and told that my coffee's were watery because they sat there for 10 minutes. Then I was told to pull up to the window. A n e e s h a was the Starbucks employee that was at the window she was rude right off the bat so we asked to speak to a manager. She turned around and told her manager you better get over here because I'm not dealing with this. There wasn't any this to deal with because if you want respect from someone you must give it first that's the reason why I asked to speak to the manager in the first place. And as far as my coffees sitting there for 10 minutes was absolutely ludicrous because we sat at the drive-up window watching them make our coffees. The manager Agnes apologize for her employee but also gave her a pass by saying they are understaffed. I don't care how many people you have or don't have working for you rudeness should never be a thing. I will never go back to that Starbucks. I don't need that from anybody especially after I spend the money that I do on an almost daily basis for...
Read moreI go to this location nearly every morning. Dakota, is AMAZING. He knows my drink and makes sure it’s made properly each time. I ask for a vanilla bean Frappuccino with strawberry puree blended in. Yesterday, when I went, the young lady at the window put in the wrong thing so before I handed over my card I verified what I ordered. She put in a strawberries and crème Frappuccino and tried to tell me it’s the same thing as what I wanted. Since I’ve had both of these drinks in the past, I very much know for a fact they’re not. So I had her remake the drink because that was not what I had asked for. What they did was put the drink in the blender and add scoops of vanilla bean. If I didn’t know the difference, I wouldn’t have been upset but knowing the vast difference between the two drinks, I was not happy with the entire experience. These drinks are completely different and staff should know this because they work there. Instead of asking to make my drink properly I just drove off. But Starbucks is too expensive to not make customers drinks properly. After this incident I told myself I was never going to Starbucks again. But I do love my drink, so I’ll just make sure my guy is working because he knows what...
Read more6/3/25- Very good today, whoever made this drink this morning and left the very lovely message was a lovely topper to my day. Thank you.
1/01/25- Usually Great service, today a young boy named Charles at the window had an emotional breakdown because he had to remake/blend our drinks as requested. He tried to charge us for new drinks for a very simple fix and when we refused he took the drinks and stated “I will just blend it until it’s good” and threw the straws out the drinks and forcefully handed them to another employee. At that time we requested a manager whose name is Momo who stated that us asking for the drinks to be remade has heightened emotions with the employees but he was willing to fix the problem. We literally have to say blend the whole drink and they never do it and we have to hand it back to them to blend it. The employee Charles who was a tad bit unstable to be at the window today may be a great person but just having a bad day and the manager has the responsibility to get him away from the window for the rest of the day to prevent any other ill emotions from spooling out of...
