Knew I wanted a good price. I had done a little checking prices/options online and had idea about what I wanted and price point. I was greeted ( and this happened during COVID so Sam masked and sanitizers evident as I approached) and let him know what I was looking for that day. He listened well, explained the options related to my priorities and also quit explaining extra extra when I let him know when I felt I had enough info for my comfort level to make decisions. When I asked to see lower price points he didn’t act any less pleasant or helpful and he looked online for nearby competitor to confirm he would be meeting the deal elsewhere i was looking into too. There was the expected up sell ( extra coverage, linen and pillow bundles) and when I opted for some but past over most he remained equally helpful and pleasant. Products were great and they have a good selection. I didn’t rate them 5 stars because the sales person for got to tell us about how the delivery was going to take place. Also didn’t tell us we were going to be paying $149 for this delivery! When we got home we called the sales man back to ask what the charge was…I guess I should have caught that before we left like I did when I saw the charge for the extended warranty that he tried to sneak in! After a lengthy call we decided to except the delivery as is but this could all have been avoided if he was honest in the beginning! I never wrote a review for anyone but Holly's service was beyond exceptional tonight!!! She is the greatest! And provided me with the best experience I have ever had shopping. Buying a mattress is never easy yet she made this super easy with her patience and great personality. Very well organized and very very helpful. Absolutely awesome. She answered all of my questions, responded to all of my concerns, and was super helpful and patient with me.
