I was going through serious withdrawal when my tv went out, on the weekend with Brewers and Packer games scheduled! After resetting everything in my power, I called my Sound Design guy who got back to me first thing on Monday morning and had a well versed rep in the downtown area - and arranged for him to see me yet that morning! Rick came in and got right to business with the mangled wires, and in less than 5 minutes found the issue. In addition, the part that had gone "out" was one that he carried in his truck and was right to replace the dysfunctional one. He replaced it and in less than 25 minutes I was back in business. My new cheers are for Sound Designs, who have always been there since our original install by them over 10 years ago. None better!...

Sound Designs installed a 75 inch TV and an atmos sound system and external cameras. For two years the system and the TV would not work. I spent about $15,000. I think this company buys fraudulent tvs from China and charges premium prices. Then they charge for service calls like changing the password on the systems they installed. The service call charges are not written into their original contracts so be careful when agreeing to hire this company. Refer to the service bill attached to this review showing they charged me $150.94 to change a password on one of the systems...

Sound Designs has been a wonderful company to work with for the past 17 years. From top to bottom their work is excellent. We started with having a sound system installed when we built our home; they worked with us on price and affording additions. We added more from there and then put a theater system in our basement - which many friends enjoy! Oh! And let's not forget the wonderful summer days of SOUND COMING OFF OUR DECK. No complaints from the neighbors. So, don't let a "one sentence" review influence your decision to use...
