We are very pleased with our new closet! From start to finish the process was very good and thorough. We needed new closet storage because ours collapsed from a previous reinstall after a house fire. We lived this way for over 5 years. When we finally switched bedrooms we needed the extra storage in the closet. Brooke was our designer and she was very nice! I could tell this was her first year doing this or I could tell that she didn't have a ton of experience however she was willing to work with us after hours sometimes if we had questions and we need to text her. She also would respond within 24 to 48 hours with any questions that we had or checking in with us regarding things she needed to clarify with her supervisor. It was very nice working with her! We had a little bit of confusion regarding the symphony wall that we added to our closet but they were willing to work with us and I am not going to go down a star because of that.

I was so excited when we got the call that we were ready to schedule our closet install! The day of the install Jake came and was extremely nice! We actually really enjoyed working with him. He took full advantage of our small space and even reworked some of the design slightly to allow us to get more room for the space that we had. He also was very knowledgeable about the closet and especially the symphony wall. He was willing to work with us and try to get us the best deal on the hooks that were not included in our order. All in all everyone was super nice and friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them if you are wanting to redesign a small space or if you are just wanting more storage in your home!

The storage system is not cheap by any means however it adds great value to our home and allows for organization for our family of five! Is it sad to say that I am excited to put clothes away now? I am having fun organizing my closet and seeing the finished product! They do also have great financing available!

The designer came out twice for measurements and on the day of install, all materials were cut the wrong size. Keep in mind, I had already been on their scheduled for 6 weeks so I really wanted this project to be over. My install was on a Friday, 2/18. After 4-5 calls to speak to the owner Doug, I finally am put in touch with him. He schedules a meeting for him to personally come out to take measurements for the following Thursday. Well, he showed up at my door on Tuesday and no one was home. I let him come in my home since I have a lockbox and walked him through the project by phone. He re-measures and scheduled me for the next Saturday available. We are now two weeks into the install, installer comes back and the measurements are still wrong, missing pieces, wardrobe doors cut too short, etc. so instead of moving me up on their schedule and prioritize me, they chose to continue working on other scheduled clients and had to come back 3 more Saturdays to get my job completed. The job was started on 2/18/22 and was finally completed FIVE WEEKS later on 3/26/22. The project looks amazing! I sign the paperwork which was to be financier with Wells Fargo. what do they do, they charge my credit card for the balance due of $3500. I called them on Tuesday 3/29 to correct the issue and the receptionist said she would get back to me. I still haven’t heard from this company to solve my billing issue. I chose closetsbydesign for their high rating and reviews bit this company fell short in so many areas. I was very satisfied with my master closet last year so I called the sales rep I worked with to see about doing two more closets. Her name was Priscilla. She answered right away and said she remembered working with me however she had moved on to a different company. She went out of her way to have someone reach out to me even though she no longer works for Closets By Design. Kind of shows you the kind of caring, professional, and down-to-Earth people that work for this company. This go-around I worked with Sandy who seemed to be a very seasoned and easy-to-work-with designer. She came right over to my house, on time, kind and professional. She was able to draw up the blueprints for my two closets no problem and exactly how I wanted them. She even got her boss on the phone to work with me on the price and locked in the job for me. I received a couple of follow-up calls to remind me of the install date which was helpful. Sandy also got me 3D renderings when I asked for them for my records. The two installers Justin and Glen were great workers, on time, happy to see me (Justin remembered me), and worked super hard to install my two large closets. These guys are hard workers and truly appear to like what they do. We did a final walk-through and they had installed everything perfectly. Honestly, what more could you ask for?
