Don’t be mislead by the beauty of Curated Home Decor , you’ll never receive your order. I ordered stemware back in April as a housewarming gift; the recipient designed their whole dining room table around this stemware. Unfortunately, they never received their gift.

The package was never successfully delivered and I’ve been trying to get a replacement up until today. That’s 4 months of being patient and understanding, and sticking by small businesses. I reached out to Curated Home Decor anywhere between every 1 to 3 weeks to try to get an update. I continuously had to keep tabs on my pending purchase, Curated Home never once reached out to me.

After having to tell the intended recipient each week that I haven’t heard anything from the store, i decided today to just take a refund. And just now, when I spoke to Ariel with Curated Home decor on the phone, their angle was “I did this, and I did that” rather than recognizing and empathizing with somebody who gave you four months to deliver a product that never arrived. If it was my business I would make sure that I would keep tabs and keep the customer in the know. After two months of having no product I would issue a refund, but then promise to get the glasses to them. But not this business. I wanted to support small businesses, but it’s clear Home Curated didn’t care about me as a consumer.
