Signs everywhere saying ask about allergens and when you ask they kinda freak out and don’t know the answers. Foods prepared elsewhere have no labels on them. Small and cute but wish i knew what was in my food.
Response to owner: i spoke to a younger person who did indeed get the owner, middle aged man, who is the person I describe above- unable to vouche for foods or ingredients and basically unwilling to answer the question without saying “everything has everything”, in other words no ingredients but didn’t want to be on the hook in case of allergies. We arrived at the same time as a very nice young man (employee) was being dropped off. He told us the stand was closed but asked what we were interested in. When I told him, he said he would check and he had six packages. I bought 5 and my husband was delighted. We would have been sooooo disappointed otherwise. A couple of the girls who work there have been in bad moods too often to let it slide.
