Staff was rude, they only display some of their offerings and that is understandable when your showroom isn't big enough to display all of it. Unfortunately their website only had one picture of what we were looking for and that wasn't enough for what we were doing. The real issue came when their outside sales staff told us they had what we were looking for in the showroom so we drove from Marsing just to find out they don't have it on display. We had several associates walk by while we were there and even one sitting at a desk eating despite it being 2pm but no one asked if we needed help. We walked around the showroom several times before a rude woman walking by finally asked if we had been helped. She appeared to be heading somewhere else and seemed bothered that we existed. She did tell us that the sales reps always send customers to the showroom for items that they don't actually have on display before she rudely walked off encouraging us to go to Home Depot even though they carry the same product we were looking for. We are finishing a remodel before we start construction on a new home in spring. Another family member just finished construction on a new build and had to deal with these folks, she had a similar experience on multiple occasions. Read moreI called the main phone line and got info a week ago about a 6" PVC pipe that was 20ft long. The person on the phone from boise was great. Good info and customer service. A week goes by because I couldn't stop by to buy that pipe until November 12, 2021. At roughly 2pmish. I went to the south building. The employee was great at that spot. But he stated I need to go to the north building to buy that pipe. I said ok cool. So I went into the building and up to the counter. No one greeted me. I waited for 7 minutes before anyone said I'll be right with you. Then I waited for another 5 minutes until I was helped. I have an account but they couldn't find it I guess. I pay for every visit. The guy told me that the pipe was super expensive. I stated that I didn't care because I knew what I wanted. I have a concrete business so I know what I can spend. The employee sounded like I couldn't afford the pipe. As I've gotten older I don't let peoples words get me going. The employee was older than me too. It might be a generational thing. I'm not sure.

Read moreI read the reviews and decided to give them a try despite some negativity. That was our first mistake. We arrived to purchase two ceiling fans, a laundry room light and to check prices on a drawer microwave. When we walked in there were only two other customers there and approximately five employees. No one could be bothered to greet us, ask if we needed help or had any questions. Finally I approached a gentleman and inquired about the ceiling fans. He replied they only had a few at the moment turned and walked away. Since we were treated with indifference we felt like they obviously didn’t care about our business. From there we went over to contractors lighting store where we received completely different treatment and made all of our purchases there. Matthew provided us with excellent customer service and another team member finished helping us when Matthew had an appointment show up.
