Terrible. I work for a company in Utah who uses Thomas Cuisine for their corporate dining services. The management of these kitchens are awful. Their employees seem to have no semblance of what it takes to properly cook, prepare, or serve food to their customers. The food quality is usually not good. They use old meat by disguising it into things like quesadillas or soup. They are constantly botching orders. I find myself waiting for up to 10 minutes or more waiting for someone to help me at the counter when making a purchase although they're well aware of my presence. They become hostile when we simply ask for certain items that may or may not be on the menu. They're very territorial when it comes to tater tots for some reason. Many of their employees have bad attitudes which have indications of collective disgruntlement. They seem to employ people with ill-favored backgrounds or with little to no experience... and it shows, painfully. For any corporate entity reading this review, I would highly suggest seeking corporate dining services elsewhere. Complaints to the management team are not handled in a proactive or positive way or are often ignored. Read moreThese people market themselves as a high quality food service. This is not the case at all, the food quality in the past 6 months has gone downhill. The food they prepare is very very inconsistent one day it will taste decent the next day your getting food poisoning. Nothing is ever cooked correctly staffing is always limited and the service is awful. I’ve seen food workers pick up sauce bottles they dropped on the floor and use them without cleaning them, they don’t wash their hands when preparing food they are CONSTANTLY cross contaminating food and then on top of all that they continue to raise their prices. I’m all for the raising prices as long as you’re making quality food and that unfortunately is just not the case anymore. We have a guy here who works at our facility and he’s probably the rudest human being I have ever met. I will not be eating here anymore and I hope that our company does not renew their contract with them and ends up hiring a different company.(there are 100s of people who feel the same way I do)You guys need to do better I ate the brisket you guys served last night and have been throwing up and been in the bathroom from it. Read moreI've eaten at ARUP Laboratories and the food is absolutely disgusting. Every thing I've ordered has been revoltingly greasy. One night I got food poising after eating a patty melt and tater tots and I threw it all up shortly thereafter. The breakfast sandwich bread and eggs are saturated in grease. The cheese they put on anything tastes like it came from a landfill. Despite what the picture shows, the 4 dollar chicken and cheese quesadilla comes with only cheese and chicken. The picture shows other vegetables in it and when ordering there's no option to add anything else. They've gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. And their hamburger is absolutely flavorless (other than grease). The ONLY thing even remotely ok is their breakfast burrito. Other than that, don't waste your time.
