Wow, I am completely blown away by that review that’s either 👆🏽👇🏽my review! Apparently Karen changed her name to Adam! Ok, now that Iv gotten that off my chest I’d like to say that I am beyond satisfied with the customer service at this Meridian “Aka” Boise Branch. They have always gone what I feel is above and beyond when it comes to checking availability, offering direct shipping, compiling PO’s for estimates in a timely fashion and most importantly they are down to earth guys that truly enjoy what they do. Michael B (not Bolton) it’s Byron, has been my Sales support Specialist since day one and as I mentioned Iv been completely satisfied. In addition, Johnny and Evan also have always stepped up when Michael is either out of office or tied up on a call or with a client. I mean isn’t that what a team is all about? Working together to achieve a common goal. The problem these days is it seems like common is hard to find when it comes to common sense and common courtesy. It’s very possible “Someone” is lacking in both areas and that’s ok but to leave a negative comment because your expectations weren’t met….. come on now! We are all human and unfortunately humans can only juggle so much. Maybe recognize that next time and have some patience for a group of guys that are always happy to help! 🤙🏽

The crew at the Snap One Partner Store are like family. I can call to see if they have a part in stock and they will have it ready for me in a matter of minutes. If it's not in stock, they find out the soonest they can get it for me. And if they don't have something I need, they help find something that is comparable or even better product than what I came in for.
