ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called about purchasing an insulation blanket and spoke to Jason I believe his name was and he was FANTASTIC on the phone. I mentioned I was installing and he gave me information, and his energy was great when I got excited to come into the store once I found out they had what I needed. I then drove the 30 minutes expecting to be dealing with him. I walked in and was greeted by a not so pleasant lady who later told me she’s the manager. I said I was on the phone with a guy about an hr ago and she said oh yes Jason and you are here for the blanket. Then I was very rudely told well not to be rude but it’s too busy to have him stop working and come talk to you about a install. (which it was not I was the only person in the whole store) I also just had one simple question that would have taken less than a minute. She proceeds to go out back which appeared to be outside to get the blanket and I hear her screaming at someone. She then comes back in and puts this blanket on the counter that was no where near what I drove 30 minutes for. I was told 1” thick on the phone and she tried giving me one that was about 1/4 of an inch thick. I asked about other options etc she rudely told me take it or leave it basically because the one she was trying to pass off to me for too much money by the way was to thin to do anything and is about 3 times thinner than what is supposed to be on my model of dishwasher.

I feel terrible about leaving a honest negative review because Jason was Amazing on the phone. However the female manager there (did not get her name) was so incredibly rude I was stunned. People like her are why no one shops local anymore. Just buy your used appliances on Facebook marketplace rather than going and dealing with this kind of service and you’d be saving money and...

We were in a time crunch , as ordered appliances from Menards which were to be in in 5-10 days, were pushed back to a month. Family arriving in 2 days! Called all the way to Wausau with prices which were double! And still nothing in stock. That’s when the fabulous Eddy jumped into high gear!!! We purchased better appliances, at just several hundred dollars more! Stove and microwave in stock , with delivery for the the refrigerator in Six days!! Only store I called that told me about the great rebate on the GE matte finish appliance! They went above and beyond. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Eddy , you are wonderful!!! Live and learn, sometimes , those big box stores...

Wonderful people, exceptional service and competitive pricing. Our salesperson Edie was knowledgeable, and accommodating. She made us feel at home and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted while staying within our budget.

Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were efficient, courteous and careful while in our home.

A shopping and delivery/install experience better than you will EVER get from a box store. For us, the icing on the cake is piece of mind that they SERVICE after the sale. I wish every business took care of their customers like this team does.
