I showed up for my appointment with Kim half an hour early to find out when I cancelled my nails(which was a week later) and my eyebrow wax, they accidentally cancelled my hair appointment too!!! I was so distraught because I was going to a big party that night for my Birthday which was a few days prior, and I had a horrendous experience at the nail salon that morning. Thank God I arrived half an hour early, because Kim, who is absolutely AWESOME AND AMAZING!!! worked me in!!!! I got the exact cut and color I wanted with some face-framing highlights!!!!! I've gotten SO many compliments, if you saw me before you'd understand....lol. But, seriously, though, Kim is amazing!!! This salon is AMAZING!!!! I came in on August 30th to get a hair cut because the last stylist I saw gave me a blunt-cut on my ends. The stylist I saw here assured me that we could fix it with a point-cut and some layering. I ended up losing 6in off my ends which is WAY more than what I was expecting. The worst part is that they are still just as blunt as before and I had to ask her to stop because I almost had a panic attack seeing how much hair I had lost on the floor.
