Osaka Asian Bistro — Restaurant in Merrimac

I've only ever gotten sushi as delivery from doordash. It has been a godsend since we have a newborn at home and can't afford the time it takes to go get takeout out here in New Hampshire. We have high standards in our sushi and I have to say the quality and variety are great. The salmon tastes fresh and the sashimi is always delicious. My one complaint is that the delivery will sometimes take almost two hours even though we're fifteen minutes away. My recommendation to the restaurant management would be to try and have the food ready for takeout faster, or show the estimated time for delivery as much longer.

Update: I'm writing this now at the 80 minute mark of waiting for my order and have to say it's not only detrimental towards my view of Osaka, but also unfair to the Doordash delivery person. He has been waiting at the restaurant for over half an hour, even though the order was placed almost an hour before he got there. Please please consider reworking your delivery and takeout system.

Final update: the Doordash delivery person waited for over an hour at the restaurant. He was able to finally get the food (which was delicious) and Doordash gave us a credit worth the same amount as this dinner. All in all, it wasn't a great experience. The food was decent, the drinks were good, but there was only one waitress for the entire dining room so the service was not great. It took a while to order everything and get it to the table and she never brought me the soup that I ordered. The worst part is that after the 9 of us finished eating and paid the bill, not even 10 minutes later she asked if we needed anything else. When we replied not now she told us in these exact words "ok well then you have to leave because we have another reservation." After spending upwards of $300 we wanted to sit and talk for a few minutes and possibly order another drink but they kicked us out once they thought we werent spending any more money. we just moved here and tried this place since I had driven by it numerous times. Where do I start lol. We ordered take out and the appetizers were extremely dry (beef sticks) and also the chicken wings had no flavor and were very very small and again dry. I ordered cashew chicken 4 pieces of chicken in the whole thing and it was slivers of chicken that were very hard to eat without a knife it had little flavor to it. My husband had chicken chow mein again lacked flavor and our meals also came with fried rice that had literally nothing in it and again lacked flavor.
