When the flood waters of August 10, 2025, damaged our furnace and hot water heater, we contacted Sprung Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing on August 12, 2025, to inspect those appliances. That same day, John arrived at the scheduled time to inspect the furnace which he decided was damaged beyond repair, but he was able to re-light the pilot light on the water heater, and it was returned to service. He placed the order for the new furnace and suggested we buy a dehumidifier from Sprung for our utility room, which we did. John is knowledgeable, courteous, personable, willing to answer questions to our satisfaction, and make recommendations.

The next day, August 13, 2025, Chris G. and Matt arrived at the scheduled time to install the dehumidifier. They provided instructions on how to run the dehumidifier and the best settings for our utility room. Chris G. and Matt are also knowledgeable, personable, answered all of our questions, and recommended that the switch on the furnace be converted to a switch with an outlet as that ease connecting the dehumidifier to an outlet.

On August 14, 2025, Chris R. and Chris G. arrived at the scheduled time to install the furnace. They worked diligently and the furnace was installed before we knew it. The air conditioner was not damaged during the flood and soon we were able to run the A/C to help remove the excess moisture in the air along with the dehumidifier. The previous day, we discovered the hot water heater was not running. Chris R. tried several troubleshooting techniques to try to get the pilot light re-lit but was unsuccessful. The heater was damaged beyond repair, and he ordered a new water heater for us. Again, Chris R. and Chris G. were knowledgeable, courteous, and personable, willing to answer questions, and make recommendations.

On August 15, 2025, Brian and Matt arrived at the scheduled time to install the hot water heater. The water heater was installed and after 45 minutes we had hot water. Once again, Brian and Matt were knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and willing to answer our questions.

Sprung Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing’s dedicated and skilled professionals delivered and installed two major appliances within five days of a natural disaster. Those employees were efficient, left the work area clean, patiently answered our questions, and were courteous. When they were finished, they provided instructions on how to use our new appliances.

All of this would not have been possible without Kayla, back in the office, quickly responding to our requests by sending quotes and invoices a short time after we requested them; ordering the appliances and supplies, coordinating the service visits to inspect and install our new appliances. She was a pleasure to work with and made this frantic time in our lives much more manageable.

Great experience in watching John service our 2005 Armstrong furnace for winter.(19year old) All checked out good to mfg specs and we have piece of mind for winter season. Reasonable cost and honest workmanship. Will be my go to service company if needed in the future for heating/AC and plumbing.

Unfortunately the furnace failed right before Christmas. Stopped heating. Instead of replacing control parts. We decided to replace our furnace and A/C because of age. They were able to replace the furnace the same day and waiting to spring to finish installing the A/C coil out side. Getting better consistency in heating and with new thermostat all is working well. 1/27/25. The A/C was installed in early spring. Works excellent in the hot weather. Have never been so cool. Big difference in A/C coil design. Check out what you get and how it works.when comparing brands and installers. We are Very satisfied 6/22/25.

PS: I’ve tried a few other service companies over the year and have been burned. Some are only interested in a sale. It’s one thing if you need it and if you get a fair shake. Give this home town...

The company is nothing short of spectacular! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner through a personal project our company worked on for him. He has created a very family oriented and caring company with amazing professionals. After a terrible experience with a home warranty company who tried to leave our family including a 6 month old child without heat for almost a month, the owner of sprung was waiting incase we needed them in an emergency situation. The second I messaged them, they sprung into action, literally! They were here the next morning first thing installing our new furnace just in time before freezing night temperatures arrive for the week. The guys were great and respectful between our sleeping child and our animals. The install is flawless and perfect. This company saved us in our time of need with professionalism that is unrivaled in my opinion. It has been the greatest pleasure working with this company.
