Katie did a terrible job on my hair! She fried it, creating many split ends and damaging it. She turned it a light orange, didn’t add the highlights I asked for (even showed her photos). Trimmed the ends very, very unevenly. After I paid for a cut and style, she had the nerve to ask if I wanted her to dry it because it was 8:00 pm and she wanted to go home. I was embarrassed to go out in public! It was that bad. My friends said it looked orange and dry. After paying her $185.00, I went to another salon so they could fix it because I did not trust her with my hair. They ended up cutting 3 inches off of the bottom in order to even it out. I never write bad reviews, but, people need to know she can not do red/copper hair! I had her do it the time before and she did a bad job and fried it then too. I thought it was a one off and it would not happen again. My mistake in trusting her again. I told her about it before my appt and told her to be more careful and to remember to add highlights/lowlights and reminded her my hair is fine and not to leave the lightener in too long...
