Worst Rainbow experience ever! I went in to grab a quick outfit for a little get together this weekend at an art museum. I went in with my cousin after work still dressed in my scrubs from leaving surgery for the past 6 hours. (I look nothing like a thief) but I am black and of course we were the only black women in the store. We cracked jokes amongst ourselves as we both found ourselves displeased with the selection. After about 10 minutes in the store I started to notice 2 women in plain clothes continuing to follow us about the store ..never picking anything but closely watching only us. I checked out before my cousin and say back to watch the women still following her. I finally stood up and said if you think we’re stealing you’re wrong and rude for profiling us a thieves. I'd heard of Rainbow, but had never visited. I am frugal when it comes to clothes, so I frequent places like Ross and Marshall's. I didn't know what to expect when it came to Rainbow's prices or clothing styles. Upon entering, I was immediately elated. I saw so many cute things without even getting too far into the store. I love that there is a plus sized side to accommodate all shapes. And even though the prices were more than generous, there was a healthy clearance section! I got so many cute dresses for 3 dollars lol. I love it here!

The employees were friendly, attentive and inviting. A plus. The store was clean and orderly.

Although Rainbow is quite a drive away from my where I live, I'll assuredly make the trek again to jump on...

This store is awful. I had never been there before but my friend suggested it so I went last night and I got my friend something for her bachelorette party but their sizing runs super small so I went back today to exchange it for anther size and they refused to take it! Seriously.?! I was just there last night and it was the same lady working the register. She told me you can't return or exchange bras, but how was I supposed to know that?! NO ONE told me that and the receipt doesn't say a freaking thing about it. I explained to her that I never even put it on because it was for a friend, but she refused. So now I'm out of my money and I can't even give it to my friend!! Never...
