Absolutely one of the more shady dealers I have delt with. I bought a vehicle from them and it took 2 weeks before I had to call the finance company to get my vehicle shipped. Then, after it got shipped the manager accused me of agreeing to pay an extra $300 to have it expedited, like what are you expediting!?!? It has been two weeks! Also, once I finally got the vehicle: The tire pressure sensors were not synced I had to buy a new battery becomes the one that was in it was trash! The key fob was broken, I should have known because the sales person hid it in the videos he sent me. And FINALLY, after not even having it a month on my possession, itâs in the shop with a starting repair bill of $1000! I would not buy any vehicle from this deal, they brag and talk a big game, but do not give any cares about the customer. PS. I was also laughed at for asking for a video of the dash with it being cranked and running. To which the sales person said âwe donât sell cars with check engine lights on.â You are right you cover it up and ship them out to ppl, so they come on when they get them! I have text proof of all this. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Update:Sept 20, 2025 Had a authorized GM mechanic work on my vehicle and he sent me picture and said, âsomeone has been in itâ Update: Oct 4, 2025 Just got off the phone with Jason and manager here. They are refusing to help with the repairs on the vehicle they sold me Aug 19, 2025 but didnât get in my possession till Sept 16, 2025. Which has no got up to $2000. The mechanic I have working in it has discovered that engine work has been done on this vehicle recently, the ECM was replaced recently with one that was out of a junk yard. Rollit Motor is claiming to stand behind a 15 day 500 mile implied warranty, but fail to realize that AZ has consumer fraud laws. None of the resent discoveries were told to me about the vehicle before I bought it, the fuel rail, the injector harness malfunction or the ECM failing! Also, Jasonâs reply to these things is that itâs my fault for not buying the extended warranty, and that I took a gamble buying the used car. Itâs a 2019 Yukon XL Denali! Less then 30 days of me driving it and major engine problems occur. To top it all off, he pretty much said that I have no fight in court cause of this implies warranty paperwork I signed. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. Also, they will block you and report you if you share your experience with them on other social platforms!!! Update: 6 Oct 2025 I just picked up my Yukon from the mechanic. Final cost for me to get the vehicle is $2038.05. The certified GM technician clearly stated in their report that â FOUND INJECTOR CONNECTOR LOOSE TO FIT ON THE WRING HARNESS AND ALSO NOTICED NEW EC INSTALLED AND PIN FITMENTS WAS BURNT ON MALE SIDE OF THE COMPUTER. FOUND INJECTOR NUMBER 8 SHORTED OUT. DUE TO INJECTOR NUMBER 8 SHORTED OUT CAUSING HARNESS TO SHORT OUT AND BURNT ON TERMINAL.â In short, Rollit motors replaced the ECM and didnât fix the actual problem of the shorted injector, which would be the reason why the car ran for just long enough to be outside their 15 day 500 mile implied warranty. The BBB has several different testimonials of others that show the true nature of how Rollit Motors operates. They donât honor extended warranties out of state, they donât care about the customer, they hid mechanical issues and are deceitful! They wonât send me a copy of any of the documents they have on MY VEHICLE THEY SOLD ME, cause they know they did me wrong. Steve, Bob and Jason are some of the individuals I dealt with. BUYERS STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Update: 10/30 - 10/31/2025 I did what Rollit Motors (owner) asked and called to âdiscussâ the situation and dissatisfaction. And no surprise, got no call back and no answer was put on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. If the president of Rollit Motors, Mr. Kilmer, wants or wanted to call and/or had any intention of trying to resolve the issue it would have been done by now.I donât believe that this company really cares about the quality of service they provide. They lie to...
Read moreFriday, January 17th, 2020. Absolute WORST experience. My daughter and I were looking for a good, reliable car for her to take to college out of state. Bob, The Internet Sales Manager, posted a 2014 Nissan Altima that we believed was a decent vehicle, based on the posted pictures. We made the long trip from one end of the valley to the other to see the car. Bob was in the car, when we arrived, said he wanted to pull it up so we can get a better look at it. The front drivers side tire was completely flat. First RED flag. As he was inflating the tire, my daughter and I sat in the car. We noticed it was very dirty, and the piece of the console that holds the AUX cord was missing. I got out and inspected the outside of the vehicle and noticed the driverâs side taillight was broken. Bob immediately noticed and said, "we don't fix issues like that." Second and Third RED flags. We agreed to go on a test drive. During our drive, I could smell oil burning. When we returned to the "dealership", I got out of the car and went to the very back, as the burning oil smell was quite strong. I looked underneath the back of the vehicle, and the under carriage was covered in oil. 4th RED flag. I asked Bob if he smelled it. His response was "we detail all of our vehicles and the smell is from the solution burning off". Not the truth. We should have left the dealership then, ABSOLUTELY. He was talking with my daughter, encouraging her to talk me into purchasing the vehicle. The listed price of the vehicle was $9500. I asked if he could do better than that. I also told him that I wish to have my mechanic look at it before we consider purchasing the vehicle. We went into his office where he asked his manager to "work the numbers". He returned and said the best they can do is $9,000. Bob Schoeppel, pressured me into leaving a $1,000 cash deposit, promising that if I changed my mind, he would have it ready for me the following day. Bob assured me that if I gave him cash as opposed to placing the deposit on my debit card that should I change my mind; he'll hand my cash back to me. We were to return to pick up the car to take it to our mechanic. He spoke to my daughter, congratulating her on her new vehicle, adding the pressure to deposit "so no one else will purchase it before we return the next day". We did return the next day, and I let Bob know that I am going with my gut feeling and will not be purchasing the car, I changed my mind. He turned and went to his manager, returning to me letting me know I can come back on Monday to pick up a check! I reminded him that he told me he would give me my cash back and he said his boss "dropped the cash in the safe last night, he can have a check for you on Monday." I asked to speak with his manager. His manager was EXTREMELY rude. I handed him my receipt from Bob, and on the receipt was a picture of the cash I left them. The manager told me he doesn't have cash and I can return on Monday to get a check. I tried to explain that his salesperson told me otherwise. As I was trying to explain, he put my receipt in with some other paperwork. We reached over to get the receipt as it did not belong to him, he had the original, he stood up and started cursing us, yelling, telling us to get the F off his property, calling us trash, we are P.O.S., and more colorful language. He and a couple other salespeople followed us out, forcing us out, all the while this manger is cursing us. I asked the manager if he could please explain his policy because his salesman lied to me and stole my money. He continued to curse and slander me and told me will mail my check. He was extremely loud, extremely disrespectful, and his office was full of other customers. His "goons" continued to curse and push us off the lot and to our vehicle. He yelled for us to never return. Gladly! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

If you're a first-time buyer or someone who values honesty and integrity in a dealership, steer clear of Rollit Motors. They preyed on a young, inexperienced buyer from Californiaâsomeone just trying to buy his first âniceâ carâand sold him a lemon disguised under a âclean title.â
In short, Rollit Motors sold our son a 4-wheel drive truck that, according to a Nissan dealership in California, has more than $8,000 in undercarriage damage to its 4WD drivetrain. This information was never disclosed. Despite the dealership claiming to have performed a comprehensive 50-point inspection, the Nissan dealership asserts that the damage is so significant it would have been impossible to overlook. The truck had a clean title, as indicated in the CarGurus ad and the Carfax report, with no reported issues. Randy, the salesperson, conducted a video walk-through and was polite and professional, showing remarkable patience with our young buyer, but this was merely a façade. Avoid this place. What Randy failed to reveal is that âcleanâ seems to hold little meaning at this dealership.
It took a full month to even ship the car to Californiaâno explanation, no updates, just delay after delay. And when it finally arrived? It had 1,000 more miles on it than when it was purchased. Again, no explanation. No apology. Nothing.
And now, after being contacted about the hidden damage, a very rude, dismissive sales manager named Jason dares to claim the dealership is not liable because Arizona law allows them to escape liability after two weeks. In other words, âWe got your money, too bad.â They completely took advantage of someone who trusted them, leaving a brand new buyer stuck with a car he canât even driveâand a monthly payment to go with it.
This isnât just bad businessâitâs predatory. Itâs everything wrong with the used car industry, and itâs made even worse by how smugly they hide behind loopholes to dodge any accountability.
Do not make the mistake we did. Avoid Rollit Motors. Tell your friends. Tell your family. Protect the people in your life who might not know better. Because this dealership? Theyâre counting on it.
UPDATE as of 5-20-25: Unfortunately, our experience with Rollit Motors has only gotten worse since my initial review. After expressing serious concerns and repeatedly reaching out for help, the dealership completely stopped responding to our son. Despite his efforts to resolve the issue directly and in good faith, he was met with silence.
Because we had no other options, we have officially reported the matter to the Better Business Bureau. It's incredibly disappointing to be ignored by a business that claims to value its customers. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to proceed with caution and document everything. Based on our experience, accountability and customer service are not their priorities. Not surprisingly, the BBB is also...
