Manager-in-Charge 'Jay' wasn't professional, instead combative. A couple before me ended up not ordering anything because Jay told them they only had 'White Rice' - No Chow Mein, No Fried Rice. When it was my turn to order, I inquired as to why they couldn't and wouldn't make more food for the customers. As a diabetic, it's hard to order from Panda, but the Black Pepper Chicken is my best option with Chow Mein. She finally, after arguing with me for minutes, asked the Kitchen to make a small batch of Chow Mein - Wait so you made Chow Mein for me because I pushed the issue, but how many customers before me did you refuse - I know of 1. Jay would rather stand there arguing with customers about not having the items they want, instead of just instructing the kitchen to prepare the entree's in smaller portions that they customers want. I arrived at 9pm, they close at 9:30pm, so are you actually open or not. Look at the pictures below, so sad that because of the actions of Jay, a couple left without ordering, I ended up a Bigger Plate with Warm, soggy Orange Chicken, Bejing Beef that looks like it was prepared hours ago and left to turn dark and hard on the steam table. Jay said they only have an hour to cleanup after closing, etc. I don't care about that - After working a 12-Hour day, all I want to do is order some food, go home to eat and relax. Why does it have to be such a hassle at Panda Express a 1/2 hour before closing. This is unacceptable and quite ridiculous that you're open until 9:30, but you're actually not open, because you refuse to Wok Fresh food for customers. So Sad - Just don't even bother stopping at Panda Express anymore. They refuse to Wok Fresh and they'd rather argue with you then offer fabulous Customer Service. MANAGEMENT: DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLEASE. I work only a mile away and can't arrive any earlier than 9pm - I just wish you were truly open going forward. Panda Express doesn't need employee's like JAY in their employ. If one of my employee's was to treat our valued clients this way, they would BE PROMOTED TO CUSTOMER IN A HEARTBEAT! See What I paid $10.51 for - Fresh chow Mein that I had to argue to get, Orange Chicken that I didn't even want but it was like the only thing available and Bejing Beef that was OLD. Totally unacceptable. Not even an apology, discount, coupon for the next visit - something. AT PANDA EXPRESS, IF IT'S NOT SOLD, IT'S NOT OLD, ESPECIALLY AFTER 9PM! YOU CAN DO BETTER PANDA EXPRESS! I'll just order at Kwan's Sanpan Chinese restaurant going forward! Adios!

I’ll never eat at this location EVER again. First let me say they don’t have half the things on their menu like they advertise, they give horrible portions. I wanted sweet fire & s&s chicken w/spring rolls and was told they no longer serve said items which is real weird because it’s on their menu. I changed it to teriyaki and orange chicken & I got 3 pieces of teriyaki which was burnt like no tomorrow and noodles were cold. Unacceptable. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else! Worst location to ever exist!

Just a concern for ethics regarding the donation I was charged for without even getting asked if I wanted to contribute. When it came time to pay for our meals we were told by Jade $23, but then Jade said 24. Which I thought it was just because of taxes. But after checking the receipt we noticed a Panda Cares Donation, and just felt like others are getting skimmed with every transaction if they're not getting notified of such donation. Which I'm okay with donating but not everyone may be willing to contribute.

I don’t know why this location is even open til 9:30 by they stop making anything hot before 7pm.. and I’ve never been to a pandas that gives you likes 3/4 pineapples and veggies and if your lucky enough to get food it’s always old, the employees always make a ton of the stuff nobody eats and literally almost every time I’ve been Im hugely disappointed and I’ve seen 5,6 customers just walk in look and leave bc they never have any actual Chinese food available I mean try making some classic all meat sesame chicken and they’d double their buisness over night but unfortunately this is one of those horribly mismanaged food places where the employees soo obvious work harder to drive away customers and make zero effort to please them, I hate going here bc I know I’m gonna be paying for and throwing away a meal worth of pineapples and peppers or veggies bc they put more than anyone would ever eat and no meat, everyone I know goes down the street and I’ve taken to doing that just bc 2 miles farther is a little better but this chain is just over rated in my opinion, if all u want is cold orange chicken you’ll be fine that’s about the only good thing I can think to say, constantly rising prices and over adding more veggies just make some meat people nobody eats 6 peices of pineapple and 7 peppers with every tiny nuglet of meat, it’s so wasteful I feel bad going here which is sad bc they used to have at least decent hot entrees that you want but it’s been going downhill for probably 5 years.. if I owned this place I’d literally clean house and hire workers who actually try to please the customer.. I’m obviously not a big fan of this location.. more than an hour before they close and they just purposely don’t make more so people just leave and they can close early.. i just watched 6 people pull up and...

So the food is excellent but the people working there aren't very competent. So I ordered a bowl with teriyaki chicken which ALWAYS comes with 1 side of teriyaki sauce when you order it delivery like I did from postmates. So after I placed my order I called them and asked for 2 sides of the sauce instead of just one. The girl said yes that they would put 2 in there for me. Then I get my order delivered and literally ZERO sides of sauce. Which just ruins it for that dish because it has to have some sort of sauce or it is completely dry. So I jump in my car (which I just paid for delivery trying to relax having a lazy day on the weekend) and drive there. The girl tells me she didn't hear me say 2 and I told you then why did you repeat the words back to me yes you did. Then she said she "must have forgot or something" I was like wow okay well that doesn't matter the simple fact is if you would have at least put the 1 side in the bag I wouldn't even be here right now. So in the end the manager didn't offer me a coupon or even a free drink!!! I think that is just bad management! If you mess something like that up you should really try and make that customer happy and say we don't want to lose your buisness give us another chance next time because I used to order from them once a week. Not anymore haven't eaten there since then over a month ago now. So just be careful odering delivery, I would just get pick up and CHECK THE BAG! The ONLY reason I even gave them a halfway decent review is because the food is...
