The Shop is clean. The front staff was friendly, and the prices were the same as Thrive down the street. I am giving it a two star because the bud tender that helped me was rude, unpleasant and simply not helpful. She got mad I wanted to hold the iPad. She was mad I had questions about the products, and couldn't/wouldn't answer the questions. For example, we had questions about the tea and she didn't know anything. She was mad I wanted to pay cash not card. She told me my school ID looked fake (I'm Pre-Med at a University) and made me log onto my school portal for a potential discount, just to tell me she couldn't apply the discount at all, still not sure why, because they advertise student discount. I drove quite a ways to spend a lot of money and I wish I got a smarter more friendly bud tender that actually likes their job. Thrive, down the street had more selection and not a single staff member looked unhappy, in fact they appeared eager to help at Thrive. The bud tender at High Profile took the fun out of it for me. I will go to Thrive dow the street next time and every time after that. I recommend Thrive.
I don't know bud tenders name or I would have publicly posted it, but for the shop, it was cashier 96709 on 11/30/2024, at 12:14 in the afternoon, left corner check out station. My friends order was the one before me and she was rude to him too. We both wish we left without buying anything. Such a cool job for such an unkind person. I was excited to see a new dispensary open up! 1st visit was great! Did not have the best experience on my second visit. I was greeted great in the checkin room but once I got into the next room to get my order, I was not greeted, while the not busy workers were talking to each other, a lady from the other room had to come in and ask them if anyone was ready to take care of customers before someone acknowledged me. I was asked if this was my first or second visit and I told him it was my second visit. Once I left and looked at my receipt realized I did not get the $10 off like I was supposed to get for my second visit over $60 worth. Just did not get an overall good feel the second time, still haven't been back and that's been over a month ago. Read moreThe sales are great, but the vibe is so much better at Thrive. The employee I dealt with today was not great, she didn't know anything about the Christmas promotions or sales. She had to go to the back 4 separate times because she grabbed the wrong order first, then an item I ordered was out of stock and she grabbed me a pre roll instead of the wax I asked for, I think she was annoyed but none of it was my fault. I got the wrong product as my penny promo, I tried to let her know that I literally just heard another employee right next to us less than 2 minutes ago being told to only give a drink to people buying botanist flower and that the other items were for the $25 spend. She gave me a drink and insisted I was wrong 3 separate times & didn't ask anyone else for clarification. I left with a panic attack, going to the dispensary shouldn't make me even more anxious.
