Parkview Regional Hospital — Local services in Mexia

Can not give totally bad review, there were a couple of nurses that were nice, but all means the bad takes 1st place. Check in time 7:15am for a procedure. 8:30am is procedure time.You have to go to ER to get checked, receptionist is not friendly at all, after 20 minutes she finally started checking us in. Got to the room for procedure and just got the vibe that they were not happy to see us. Time goes on, we sat, sat, and sat, and now it's 9:25 finally found out Dr. GRAHAM ISNT EVEN THERE YET. He comes flying in room, street clothes, back pack on his back,, talking so fast cant understand what he's saying. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. For a 15-20 minute procedure, we did not get out of there until 11 am. All businesses want you to use them for your needs, but look what kind of service you get. They want to charge people for being late or make you reschedule but they don't give discounts when they are...

My experience with Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia Tx is hands down the BEST that you could ever ask for from a rural Hospital, period! They have saved many lives with their hard work, dedication, knowledge, and experience. My Daughter is one of the many and it is not hard to find out her story from Jan 13, 2021. Anyone that has something negative to say about the professionals at PRH must have never had a Tramatic Emergency to deal with in order to see what it truly means to have great care from a great group of people that work as hard as anyone to do a job that most everyday people could never do. It's time to show these medical professionals a little bit of gratitude and appreciation for showing up to work everyday, and going out of their way to give the best care possible to everyone that walks...

If I could give 0 stars I would, If you want to be given the absolute worst care possible and be charged for it then this is the ER for you. Shelby the RN I’m making it my duty to get you fired you’re unprofessional and left a needle in my bed that was not used on me. I have already contacted Scionhealth and a lawyer for medical negligence, I have left a message for the director and have not been contacted yet. This happened 4/11/24 around 6 pm. After I refused to sign the discharge paperwork she swung open the curtain while I’m laying there exposed from the waist down. Make that drive to a different ER DO NOT GO HERE!
