Rachael was great! She squeezed me in today for a cut, and a cut and color for my mother. She is fun to talk to, and does everything in her power to keep you happy because "it's your hair." My son wanted his mullet permed while we were home for the holidays. We scheduled an appointment with Rachael and she did not disappoint! I made my appointment with Alma, she was very nice and kept a conversation going with me the whole time. I requested a bald fade which she did a fantastic job on.
