CITY Furniture Distribution Center — Local services in Miami Gardens

This was the second time we bought from City Furniture and the last time we ever will. I bought a couch over the weekend and when they delivered it I only got half of it. Apparently the guys brought the wrong half of the couch. So that was annoying. Guys come back the next day with the right half of the couch but this time they could only screw in two of the four legs. Why??? Because somehow the couch only had two holes in it and not the four it was supposed. So now half of my couch is just on the floor until a technician can come out and drill holes in the couch. We called customer service to see if they could help with a discount or anything for all our troubles and was told” sorry we don’t give discounts” . City furniture contacted me on Tuesday January the 13th with this message. I had made a purchase on Sunday the 11th they were suppose to gifted me the gift card through my sale associates call him today after the 24/48 hours they promise me. I wish can give them zero stars worst furniture company they LIE so much they're so unprofessional. DO NOT purchase from them. Their furnitures are TRASH. I got a reselect on my furniture and I had the previous bed box for the first bed and since I selected something different because the one I got was TRASH now the box that I have is too big and they refuse to exchange it to something that will fit the new bed I HATE their business i'm praying one day they will loose all their customers.
