Acme Furniture — Local services in Miramar

The negative reviews written are correct. Acme doesn't treat their customers right. They don't stand behind their products. A damaged item could take months to get a replacement and thats even if you get a replacement. The management is probably the worst you have ever seen in a business. One reviewer hit it on the nose, it will take you an hour or more just to get your paperwork even if its one item. Your then wait another hour to pick it up. To add to the misery , the head sales manager is a joke. Extremely disrespectful and will constantly lie about your orders or interaction. You must video all occurrences with this person. Corporate doesn't care. Don’t bother contacting the non existent department of games. Yes the large percentage of their stuff is made in china and guess what, from toxic chemicals clearly stated on the box to poorly assembles items. I would like to say you get what you pay for but that is not the case here. Over priced. They also compete with their own wholesale vendors by selling direct on Amazon which in the wholesale business its a dirty practice. The management will trash talk you in other languages assuming you don't speak them. This business works out of a small hole in the wall in Miami. Forget calling the phone number. Its like calling AT&T and staying on hold for 30 plus minutes. As a past vendor who has seen the quality problems, i wouldn't recommend purchasing any acme products. Cracked pieces , paint that is off pallet in their sets, yellowed paint jobs. Miss drilled drawers. Cracked thin wood if you’re lucky to even find wood. A lot of pealed leather, mdf that will fall apart. Constant unhappy customers from retail clients to vendors....

Ok, so I read the reviews and I just say there are a lot of phony reviews on this company meant to increase their star review. First off Luz is the worst manager you will ever meet. The level of disrespect they have for their customers is so high it’s not even funny. Their quality is by far terrible. From paint color off to broken parts consistently. Anyone who does business with them knows this. Doing business with them will only ruin your business as their return policy is by far the worst. They will have you waiting months for parts and give you a hard time when they forget you had parts on order. When I read the other reviews it was clear they used a lot of their employees to write them. This company is a bad company to do business with both as a vendor or as a customer.
