It has been years since I have experienced the outstanding customer service and reliability from a company! I ordered my crystal July 3rd at 11am in hopes to receive my order as soon as possible for my Anniversary July 4th. An hour later I called the corporate office praying for the quickest way possible to receive my order. Sherry was amazing enough to have the order rushed and processed to pick it up the same day at 4:30pm! The crystal came out beautifully and the recommendations for the modifications of my picture was greatly appreciated! I have to say I cannot be happier and more grateful for the corporate team in NY. I saw this company worker's moving my neighbor furnitures this morning I tell you 👌 l was very impressed on how they handle his furniture as he was. I stood there looking as we talked. These guys have great personalities, courteous, and will keep a smile 😃 on your face. I tell you they are organized and handle your furnitures with care wrap, paddled up like a gift. Me and the family was on vacation. We stopped by the Lenox mall in Atlanta Georgia. Of course like any mall I was looking around at the different stores. I laid eyes on the displays and was amazed at there work. I ordered the piece on 2/10/18 right before we left the mall to head back to Illinois. The piece came in right on time for our anniversary which was 2/14/18. It was better than I ever imagined and my wife was shocked. She kept saying how they do that how they do that.
