Update 2: I give them 3 stars because Orlando contacted me and was really helpful to solve the problem. They took care of everything that was fair enough. However, I think it should have been done since the first day I went there asking for the change. I still feel very disrespected for the lady that handle it and gave me zero options and a very negative attitude.

Updated review. I bought a sectional couch with two parts. I was told by Orlando that maybe one of the pieces won’t fit in the elevator so I could just changed for a smaller one that was actually cheaper. He asked me to keep one piece and return just the big one.
We went to the store to get the smaller piece and found a lot of problems during the change. First I had to pay more for a smaller one, they said it is smaller but it is considered as a individual piece not part of a package.
The lady who processed the change was totally unprofessional telling me in my face that they didn’t lie to me “ they just did not tell me the true” which is basically the same right??
I asked them to return the whole thing and they said no because I already received one of the parts. It makes sense why Orlando asked me to keep one piece.
Also, I bought the initial couch on July 4th so now for the return I have to buy a different price way more expensive than the initial one. It is just 100 or 200 dollars more for a smaller couch half size of the original one just because they forgot to tell me the ridiculous policies.

   Read moreAlthough we love the furniture we purchased from Rooms To Go, we were quite disappointed with the overall customer service experience at this location. The sales representative who assisted us seemed more focused on rushing us through the process than actually helping us make informed decisions. He wasn’t knowledgeable about the products and couldn’t answer many of our questions, which led me to do my own research right there in the store.
Without our permission, he added warranties to our purchase and presented the entire transaction as if it would be fully financed—only to later ask for a substantial payment on our credit card that he had never mentioned during the entire shopping process. This lack of transparency was incredibly frustrating.
He also entered the wrong delivery date, and when I pointed it out, he dismissed it and implied it was my fault, despite me clearly confirming the correct date multiple times. I specifically asked him to review the item list with me prior to payment, and he completely ignored the request.
What made the experience even more concerning was that, at the very end, he asked us to scan a QR code to leave a Google review. He then proceeded to click 5 stars and type in his own name for the review on my device. I immediately deleted the deceptive review!

   Read moreI placed an order on 6/3/2024. The order was all messed up. It was canceled, reordered, cancelled. I was never notified of any of the cancellations. The when part of my shipment arrived there were cushions missing and the wrong color cushions shipped. The store sent me to corporate customer service even though I had several issues with this order even before receiving the order. Corporate customer service was great to deal with, however they only shipped one of the missing chair cushions. They could not help me with the wrong color kitchen cushions. Contacted the store. I also had two cane chairs on order they continued to cancel without notifying me of the cancellation. Then they were back ordered, then canceled, then back ordered. Finally got them ordered in December, got the kitchen cushions ordered, the missing chair cushions ordered…. They will not cover my extra shipping charges I have over about $500. They told me my replacement kitchen cushions covered those fees… they ordered the wrong ones! Tried to ship them back but they can’t or won’t take them. Somehow all of this stores mistakes became my financial burden.
