Dollar General — Local services in Miami Township

This place needs to be shut down they are never consistent with hours Don't open up on time Don't close when they're supposed to close early close whole days to put trucks away when you go in on a Wednesday You can't walk through the house because there's nothing but full carts but then Thursday they're closed to put the truck away but you go in on Friday and still full carts in every hour so what did you close the day before for they say they are fully staffed but have four employees just take this business out and put something in that will help our community because this is not helping us! I love having a Dollar General in the neighborhood! A few years back, they had closed for a short period to restructure the store, changing the layout to match the other Dollar General stores which was the best thing they could have ever done! The store is clean and the items are easy enough to locate. They undoubtedly have the best prices around on laundry detergent and cleaning supplies and you will always find a digital coupon for additional savings, it's what keeps me coming back. The employees are friendly and willing to help. I surely hope that Corporate recognizes what they have in their employees there. Horrible fall risk all over floor, never stocked, train of carts and containers for stocking preventing the ability to find products, empty shelves no matter what day you stop in there. Employees blame everyone but their self's. bad attitudes if you mention thaat you can't find what you need like toilet paper, simple stuff like Aluminum Foil. Empty dollar isle, many empty isles poor poor management. Non-caring employees. I know you don't pay much which factors in to this behavior. I need a job and I have pride in my work.
