One of best gyms in SF! They have equipment you haven’t even seen before! But just like anything in life is not perfect. The gym is usually empty on the afternoons during the weekend, you can most of the time choose the music you wish yo listen to and parking is the breeze during the downtime, come the week parking is hard during peak hours which is 3pm to 8pm so be prepared or UBER.

The staff for the most part is super friendly and helpful, they have changed trainers here and there for boxing and usually they tend to be alright.

The only few suggestions I have would be for the staff on the weekends, they recently changed the staff member that comes in during those two day and although she is friendly and respectful, she does tend to make comments that do not make you feel welcomed and closes at a different time than stipulated. Usually I call in advance since it varies so much so forget about the business hours they have at the check in or online, I have gone on a Saturday where she told me she closes at 4:30 PM got there around 3:15 PM and her greeting was “I will be closing soon” so I ask her what time is soon since I called online says 5PM you tell me 4:30 Pm and now I get here and you are telling me you are already closing, her answer was “ I will stay here another hour” which would make it earlier than the time she confirmed over the phone, same thing for Sunday where they stipulate they close at 6 PM got there at 4pm and she was already saying she will close in 45 minutes.

Update 2: These guys still keep charging me. Latest is for March. I don't know what the hell is going on here. Even though they refunded me for the for the first two months of erroneous charging, more charges keep appearing....

Update: After posting this review, they contacted me and a week later refunded the money. Their explanation was that all my emails had gone into their spam folder. Not really sure I buy this though, since I had also called them, and been at the gym and spoken to an employee that confirmed my cancelation. But posting the review seems to have done the trick.

Fraudulent. Decent enough gym, but good luck canceling your membership. Canceled my membership in October, wrote them, called them and got the cancelation confirmed in person by the person behind the counter. According to the contract, the cancelation period is 30 days. Now it's February, and they are still charging me, even though I have repeatedly called them and pointed this out. My only recourse now is to take it up with the fraud department of my credit card company and that whole song and dance. You don't need this type of grief in your life.
