Took my wheel off of my 2005 yamaha road star warrior to these guys. Dropped it off so they can install a tire, they told me it will be done tomorrow, I went back the next day, wheel was scratched, and they lost the spacer off it, they also didn't bother putting my old tire back on. They just left it in the corner for me to go get. I took tge 2 tires and headed to the door. Noone helped open the door. These people are rude and very sketchy. Not to mention, they stole a power commander off a friend's of mine bike as he went to pick it up, he bought the bike from there and when he test drove it, it ran fine. On the way home from pickingbit up it lagged and backfired, he got it home and noticed the power commander was gone. He went back to the dealership and confronted the manager, even the manager asked the service guy if he gave my friend the bag with extra parts and admitted to seeing the power commander. So I took my wheel and tire to gear heads in Michigan city and they not only mounted my tire but also cleaned it up and touched up what the last guys screwed up. These guys are horrible and I will never go back there, I plan on telling everyone how...
Read moreI want to send a Huge shout out and Thank You to Tee up at Michigan City H-D. I was looking for a zip up jacket or hoodie for my wife (who I found out blatantly and willfully stole a now defunct Fletchers H-D Clearwater Fl. jacket from me) for a Christmas present so I wrote through the dealers website and she got back in touch with me the same day. The cool thing was that Tee emailed me some different pics with the dealer logo on the back and I was able to pick one out of some awesome selections they had. I ordered one on Tuesday, Tee packed it up, shipped it out and I had it in my possession that Friday in Tennessee! That’s customer service that you just don’t get much anymore. Thanks for all your help Tee!! My wife will love it and it’s beautiful! Plus I’ll be happy to get my Fletchers H-D jacket back!! Can’t wait to get back up there so I can thank...
Read moreI went in just to look at motorcycles because I'm taking a learn to ride course in a couple of months. I was treated so nicely. The sales manager, Erik Blaha, was super friendly. Being a larger woman going into what has been a mostly male dominated environment, I was nervous but he made me feel right at home. He seemed genuinely happy to help me enter the world of motorcycles. He listened to what I had to say and guided me to a better learn to ride course than the one I had chosen. Most importantly, when I told him what I was prepared to spend on a new motorcycle, he made some reasonable suggestions and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford just for the sake of making a sale. The store was clean and organized and the staff was friendly. When I'm ready to buy a motorcycle it will...
