Brand new Taco John's and the team here is doing a fine job keeping everyone happy. Taco Tuesday and it's busy but they are on top of the task. I even watched a team member take the time to tidy up the dining room on her way out for a well deserved break, on our way back in she did a spot checking tidied up the dining room before she went back behind the counter. My tacos were excellent even made me want to have seconds.

Just waited 25 minutes for this and then took my first bite to realize they got the order wrong. They need to figure out a better system. There were 10 orders waiting in there with me for 15+ minutes. Also their food is just tortillas with a bunch of cheese sauce and 2 pieces of meat. I would at least wait to go until they figure it out but I would recommend not wasting your time.

Toni is amazing. First time at a taco John’s and she gave us a sample of the fiesta sauce and a few potato ole for sampling. We were sold. She knew then menu well and even offered suggestions which we loved. Place was Clean and well everyone was friendly.

Coupons arrived in the mail for Michigan City. A few senior neighbors & I went to buy dinner . When ready to pay was advised they do not accept their own companies coupons that were mailed to us & they are the only Taco John's in this area. What a sham!! We payed full price & the food was bland and awful.Tasteless no seasoning! We asked for hot sauce packets & they said they didn't have any, rediculous! What Mexican food place doesn't have hot sauce? Don't waste your money! Taco Bell puts them to shame, it was that bad!! We will never go back. Once & done!!! Called & left message with their corporate to see why they mailed our city coupons that can't be used, but no response si far. Honestly, Don't waste your money or time. The food & service is very disappointing & unprofessional.I hope you take my post seriously bc I'm trying to save you the...

Stopped last night at loves to take my break. Planned my next morning around getting breakfast at Taco Johns and getting on with my day.(Love's app says they open at 0600) I go in lights are off but employees are in there.As I'm standing at the counter an employee yells from the back we're closed! So I ask what time do you open, because it's well after 6. She whispers something to the other co-worker then says to me WE'RE CLOSED!!! so I then ask 2 Love's employees what time does Taco John's open.The 1st one says 0630 7ish. Or when they feel like opening. The second employee I asked said they open at 6, or when they feel like opening. Not sure if the owner knows this or just doesn't care but that's not how you run a business....

I'd give a 4 star for the food but bruh if you ain't getting served because of "no workers"*to make food then pry not

Oh they "closed" (yeah I guess I didn't talk to a chick working right next to it & see 2 chairs blockin the entrance yet see somebody in there) on taco tuesday cuz they don't have ppl to make food? Then they were "closed" on a monday after that lol looks like a great place ta work I guess. Waita min did I mention when I went in yet anotherr time & they weren't serving food cuz da gurlz were on break I know the reason this place ain't workin out & has the rating they do.
