Absolutely horrible customer service. After going around to all of the electrical supply houses looking for recessed lighting to see what was in stock to begin a project immediately, I went here. The guy behind the desk was very rude when I started telling him what I was looking for. He basically treated me as if I don’t know what I’m talking about yet every other supply house was able to help me. I gave him a five for good service and for having the part, I didn’t see anything wrong with their customer service. They were very polite and helpful. Treated me like I was a contractor more than a homeowner. I don’t know it could be just me but they had great Service and it was much cheaper than calling a contractor that just picks numbers out of the air.
