I can't express my gratitude for the opportunity to be a vendor here at The Soulful Palette. The owner, Corrine has been nothing but supportive as we are a collective and a collaborative space for artisans to thrive here. Corrine takes the time to get to know you as the artist and encourages you to believe in yourself and put yourself out there as an artisan. The artisans have always been kind, and supportive, and we all learn from each other!

Being in the store as a customer has exceeded my expectations, as the volunteers who run the store are always polite and have excellent customer service skills. There are so many products and handmade art to look at. This place is great for finding a unique gift for the upcoming holidays, birthdays, etc.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Soulful Palette. After paying for a month’s rent to display my items, I found out that the owner removed my products from the shelf without any notice. Despite being charged for the space, I was not able to use it for the full month, and my request to have my items shipped back to me was refused. The lack of communication and unprofessional handling of this situation left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I love being a vendor at The Soulful Palette over the past year! Corrine, the owner, has been incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout my journey here. It's inspiring to see young entrepreneurs included in this community as well!
