âLuxuryâ apartments built terribly. No sound proofing, can literally hear people in the surrounding units fighting, walking, using the bathroom etc⊠the whole building smells like weed and they donât care they just send out no smoking notices. 1,000,000 rules and regulations. Pool and gym not included. Almost no visitor parking. 100 per pet per month for pets to live there yet they do not upkeep the dog areas what so ever. We have 2 dogs, thatâs 2400 a year for the dogs to live here. Multiply that by how many other tenants have pets!!! Wow! Theyâre making a killing off us. We moved here from GA and it was the only place around that was big enough that allowed pets. 3,000 per month for 3 bedroom nothing included yet other people somehow can live here cheaper. Kids canât play outside unless theyâre attended by adult. Unfinished areas around the property. Exposed wiring, incomplete irrigation tubes coming out of ground that trip you at night time, The fire alarms go off all the time randomly, usually early in the morning when youâre sleeping. So if there ever is a fire, you wonât even believe that there really is one until itâs too late. Rent should be 1800-2200 for the quality of this place. If youâre thinking of moving here DONT, unless you absolutely have no other options.
Edit: After writing this review, management wrote this in response: âHello, Thank you you for your feedback. we just received your lease renewal to stay, if these are concerns. Please reach out to the office. We do not want you to be unhappy.â
I want to state that the only reason we signed a lease renewal, is because we are financially stuck here and had NO options to move. The price for these terrible apartments is outrageous. We pay just under3600/month. Which leaves no room to save for a house or first, last and security on another apartment. Also, since the day we moved into building 11B our apartment, hallways and stairwells smell like weed and cigarettes. This was brought to their attention on day 1. Here we are a year and half later and it is still an issue everyday. They literally have done nothing but send out âno smoking noticesâ once or twice. This is a smoke free neighborhood and you sign a smoking policy upon moving in but they donât really care about the tenants obviously. I called the health department and finally, a month before weâre scheduled to move out, they put up some more no smoking notices and evicted the people that were causing the issues. They just want all your money. There are so many other issues in this complex but Iâm sick of typing. Read all the reviews if youâre looking to rent here and then DONT MOVE HERE. Save yourself and your wallet from this money pit. We have finally found away out and move out day canât come soon enough. Sincerely, Another unhappy...
Read moreHad to have a handicapped parking lot and apartment. There are two of us. No 2 bedrooms. They don't make two bedrooms for handicapped people so my male partner sleeps in a twin bed in the small bedroom and I, who am in an electric wheelchair sleep in the living room. The apartment is too small and the only handicapped adjustments are the walk in shower and two bars around the toilet. I had two beautiful Parrots when I moved in July 1, 2018. They are both dead one in September 2018 and my baby girl, an African Gray died in her cage right after I brought her to the vet. This đ breaking tragedy happened on January 2, 2019. I honestly believe the E M F reading, which is radiation from the electrical system here and all the lights are LED which also give off radiation along with my WiFi.. MY PARROTS WERE KILLED IN THIS ABSOLUTELY POORLY BUILT BUILDING. There are 24 apartments in each building which is really squeezing people in. I checked with an electrician I know and he advised me, the first thing to do is to get rid of ALL THE LEF LIGHTS. THE WIFI IS ALREADY WITED THROUGH OUT EVERY BUILDING (HELLO RADIATION) THE ELECTRICITY IS CONSTANTLY ARCING WHETHER YOU USR IT OR NOT. GETTING OFF THE RADIATON I went to use my dishwasher for the first time, remember I am in this electric wheelchair, I opened the dishwasher and it fell out towards me if I didn't back up fast my legs would have been severely injured. The maintenance foreman at the time came in and found that it wasn't screwed into the walls on each side. After he fixed that problem I set it up and started it while I ran an errand. I came back and checked it later. The soap was in the bottom all cakrled up. Called maintenance again and the water to the dishwasher WAS NEVER TURNED ON. I have had boards falling out from under the cabinets, When I shower the bathroom floor gets saturated because there in nothing but my SHOWER CURTAINS TO STOP THE WATER. I WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS đ PLACE SO BADLY đ«đ đ©. I WOULD NOT HAVE MOVED IN HERE BUT I NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SO SMALL. WE WERE NEVER, I REPEAT, NEVER ALLOWED TO SEE THIS APARTMENT UNTIL WE WERE RUSHED TO SIGN THE LEASE ON THE LAST FRIDAY IN JUNE 2018 AND WE HAD TO MOVE IN ON JULY 1 2018. WE NEVER EVEN GOT TO READ THE LEASE. BEWARE...
Read moreWe really had high expectations moving here considering the amount we are paying. We have been here 8 months now. Initial appearance and esthetics seem to be the main concern of the developers, unfortunately not so much when it comes to good solid quality construction and inside finishing.
Evidence of carelessness in finishing the inside of the units is noticeable at every turn. My unit is already showing distress like shifting floor boards, cracks in walls, spaces forming on top of the kitchen cabinets and floors creaking unbelievably at an increasing rate. Seems it may be due the ground settling...concerning in itself
The lack of soundproofing of these seemingly solid constructed brand new apartments is unbelievable. Construction wise; it appears to be solid at first but add neighbors to the mix and itâs a whole new story. Sound proofing between floors; there isnât any, if you are in the hallway you can pretty much hear clearly whatâs happening inside each apartment.
Parking has become very close to non exsistant at times, when spaces are limited, residentâs visitors should be parking in spots furthest away. Coming home with loads of groceries and having to park unreasonably far from your unit isnât right. Being a new development additional parking should have been considered instead of squeezing units after units in. Great, itâs a huge community when finished......with no parking. Doesnât really make sense.
When we toured here it was boasted that each unit has outstanding soundproofing and residents never complain about noise.......I find that VERY hard to believe. We are also paying top rent for an unfinished community; rents should reflect current conditions and amenities. I understand daily noise of walking and living..... I get it we live in apartments; itâs going to happen, however new modern developments have every chance to build quality, solid beautiful apartment homes. In the long run cutting corners and rushing work is only going to be detrimental in the years to follow. 10 years from now Iâd hate to see the rundown condition of such a huge development when it could have been prevented years prior, itâs a shame.
Management has been great, understanding and accommodating and some issues are being...
