I've came here several times over the last few months since receiving my med card and every visit before today has been pleasant. But unfortunately when I came in today, the staff were rude and it lowkey ruined my mood because I've never experienced such rude staff at a dispensary before. The budtender seemed new and I can understand that because I also work in customer service but she definitely could've been kinder. I presented my medical card and my passport card, which is a valid ID, and she told me I couldn't use my passport card because it wasn't the pictured one in the computer, even though I had used that passport card there several times since I got it recently. I asked her if there was any reason why and to which she responded rudely by saying "that's just how it is, you need to use your license." It was her tone that was just condescending. I was genuinely confused. She later added I could maybe put it in the system with the person at the desk near the exit/entrance, so when I left I asked the woman about it and she said she could do that. I said I prefer to use my passport card over my driver's license and the staff member side eyed me and said "why?" in a tone. I literally just prefer to use it because it's an updated picture of myself compared to my driver's license that was taken a few years ago and I look quite different. I left feeling uncomfortable because the employees were being weird about things that weren't weird, basically, and there's no need to be rude when a customer has a genuine question. If you don't know the answer you can say that. And when my ID is valid either way, regardless of which one I use, why does it matter and why are you questioning me? Idk just an odd experience at...

They display a huge variety of products, have a great loyalty program and have also completely optimized the purchasing process. Using the iPad to order what you need is incredibly easy and very informative. The detail in the product write ups have helped me make purchases time and time again as I can be very indecisive- So much more than a tv displaying āthis is what we have, pay this amountā.
But honestly, what really keeps me coming back is the staff.. slinkyās knowledge of the products is extremely valuable. Vanna, Alex, Sammy (even tho the Christmas tree was sub par š) are all absolutely rock stars. Then thereās Lynn.. If I had any say Iād appoint her āchief moral officerā or ādirector of funā. Her role in implementing an on site interactive marketing plan involving an old gum ball machine was genius. Make sure to put a quarter in it as thereās a chance to win big savings or even some prizes.
Lynn is my favorite and hereās why.. no matter what day Iāve had, Lynn will always make me smile. I know sheāll be at the desk checking me in with some fancy light up sneaks and most days thatās good enough. One day I was in agony with a pinched nerve in my neck and while I was ordering, Lynn had managed to relieve the pain and get me back to a full range of motion- I couldnāt even believe it. When I called and tried to discuss why this has happened, I was immediately given attitude by the representative whom than refused to assist any further and disconnected the phone conversation. Naturally disappointed, I drove the 45 minute trek back to the Middleborough location with the hopes of at least an apology or a positive problem resolution. Upon entering I a.) was immediately ushered to the side by the extremely officious front-desk clerk -- and b.) Was than told by a "manger", who, with a large smile on her face, told me there was nothing they were going to do. I've essentially been humiliated, spoken down to, lied and have been STOLEN(!!) from by this company whom, after all the trouble, refused to even treat me with any decency to at least apologize; they refuse to have performed or tried to perform any positive resolution and essentially stole my money. There are bar codes on these products. Easily scannable and resolved within five minutes; they can track upon whom packaged what and where pinpoint to an exact -- it's law. They objected to that as a possibility within their "realm of power" to see what the issue was. The manager has refused to help.
