Tonight was the 3rd time we have had issues ordering from Saga. Twice before tonight my fiancĂ© and I have ordered either over the phone, or online. Both times our order was âlostâ and when we went to pick it up, it had not been filled. We never said anything since the sushi is good, and our order was ultimately completed. Tonight on NYE my fiancĂ© went into the store during the day to place a takeout order for this evening. We knew it would be busy and didnât want to chance our order not going through. Once again, when we went to pick up, the order wasnât there and the young woman working at the register didnât know anything about it. We stood waiting for 45 minutes and again my fiancĂ© asked about our order. He was told âit will be awhile.â We eventually got our order but we were not comped anything for the hassle, which should have been avoided since we placed our order hours in advance and we had prepaid. Took 55 min to get my order and ten minutes before it was out I reminded the server that I asked for a side of rice vinegar. I made a note and told the server I left a larger tip to cover the add on of the vinegar side. This is the third time I have done this and not received my add on tho I paid for it. I spoke with Leo on the phone and he said yeah so what do you want me to do about!!! I spent 36 bucks for two sushi rolls and gave a 2.50 tip for pickup and I had to wait for 55 minutes and you canât offer me my tip back for missing items in my order. Vicky was my server and Leo was the man I spoke with on the phone. He was extremely rude and did nothing for me. Itâs not much but a paying customer whoâs asking for 2.00 dollars back for vinegar he did not receive should be treated with respect. Not an attitude on the phone.    Read moreThis is normally my go to spot. But when we ordered the other night, I was changing up my order. Online it doesnât say whatâs in a lot of the sushi rolls. And I was at work so I was unable to call and ask. I looked on their DoorDash site because usually thereâs better descriptions there and as seen in my photo you see whatâs in the Boston role which is exactly what I wanted just shrimp, cucumber, avocado. Well, what I got was this in the other photo itâs like shrimp and lettuce. I called to say I think I got the wrong item and they said no Boston roll is shrimp and lettuce!? Didnât offer to replace it didnât offer a refund nothing. I had even mentioned how their description on DoorDash says itâs avocado, cucumber, and shrimp. Really poor customer service. Donât think Iâm gonna be coming back here anytime soon if Iâm gonna be treated like that when they put the descriptions out there and somebody made it wrong and they refuse to take...
