Harding's Market — Local services in Middlebury

I normally dont frequently shop at small grocery stores in town because of prices. Lately been finding myself there more often. They changed their loyalty program for better. Running buy 2 items get 3 free, .99 items almost every week, eggs, pizza, orange juice, fruit, ect. Alot of great deals, no card just phone app with barcode, coupons, specials, ect. Everytime you go in your treated very friendly, helpful staff, and always more than one register open so you in and out and they will load your car for you. I love this place now and find myself from once a month to going 3 times a week to catch specials, deals and just great hometown service...

Hardings is a good grocery store to do business with. We shop there on a regular basis and we do like it. Most everyone there was very friendly and good to deal with except for one women there. This employee has been working there for sometime now and is not very friendly to customers and especially my wife. For some reason she has it in for my wife and she has been unfriendly to me also as well as other customers as well. Its a shame that one person can make it a place you dread going into to do business because your afraid you will run into her. Other then the one employee it is a well...

I’m am an out of Towner and visit about 4x a year. I visit your location many times during my stays. My daughter and her husband are pursuing their doctorates at Andrews. I live in Washington DC, so it might be a stretch to hire people at your location. No one in any aisle to help or staff asking. It’s bare basics and I understand . The checkout people are okay, but not friendly or helpful. No one asks if we’ve found what we’re looking for. The parking lot and surrounding area begs for security...
