UPDATE: (Original review below) I am so happy that Middlebury Chevrolet contacted me personally and offered a free detailing for my vehicle. This is one of the first times a business has actually contacted me to admit fault over the phone and make things right. To be honest, I should not have used the word "ridiculous" in my initial review. I could have been more understanding. I do think their response to my concerns were kind and I truly appreciate their candor. I am amending my review today to give them a higher rating.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: (Originally gave two stars) It took over a week to get two new tires. That is totally ridiculous. Additionally, I had to call to get an update on the status twice. When I called for an update the first time, I asked if the car could be washed and vacuumed and was more than happy to pay for it. The following week when I called the second time for an update because I had not heard anything I was told it would not be ready until closing, which was three hours from the time I was calling. I showed up to pick up the car and they didn’t even have time to wash or vacuum the car. I understand it was a holiday week, and that the tire delivery is not the fault of the dealership. I bought my 2019 Colorado from this dealership when it was Deneker's. I was assured that free annual inspections would come with the purchase price. Inspections continued to be free under the next owner, Macky's, and last year with the current owners. For some reason the inspection takes an hour, so I asked them to also check a problem with my radio screen cutting out. Nearly two hours after arrival, I was told that the radio problem was a software fix that the warrantee company would not cover. I opted to leave that repair for another day. Waited another half hour before my truck was ready and handed a bill for $69.95 for inspection. Amber was nice, trying to resolve the problem while another service writer just told me they "don't do that anymore." I will take the radio problem and all my other business to Alderman's in Rutland...

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. . The detailing service was nothing short of impressive.
