We went to Signatures Formal to order a tuxedo for my son's Senior Prom. We ordered a very nice sleek fitted tuxedo. It arrived 2 days before prom and I had to send my teenage son to pick it up due to my work schedule. The day of prom he put his tux on and it was HUGE on him. It was Not fitted to him and looked absolutely nothing like the photos in the catalog. The day I returned it the lady I spoke with was very uncaring and all she could point out was that the sleeves fit! Really?? The jacket was huge! The pants were HUGE! Yes he tried them on. However he is a teenage boy that was afraid if he told them it didnt fit he wouldn't have anything to wear to prom! THEY are the professionals that should have measured him properly to begin with! Then they should have ensured it fit him properly before he left! I paid $177 to rent an il-fitting tuxedo for his one and only prom. But hey... the sleeves fit! I would not recommend this store for...

I took 3 girls earlier 2day to the one next to sallys beauty supply an they wanted to charge a Fee just for them trying on dresses! Since when did they start charging a fee just to try the dresses on? To me that's ridiculous an I'll take my buisness else where I don't think anyone should be charged a fee just to try dresses on so that they know there size an what style suits them because that's how a dress gets purchased if it fits right an looks the way they like the dress is more than likely gonna get bought never have I went in a dress store an them want to charge a fee just for trying dresses on till now so yes this is a bad review for them much rather drive to west town an lexington mall they dont charge fees JUST FOR...

We were in town visiting LMU and decided to check out the surrounding areas, (We live 4 hours away).With prom in April, and last years JR prom dress shopping experience fresh in my mind, I figured this would be a good time to hit a formal boutique or two way outside of our home zone. This place did not disappoint. They had a massive selection over size 12. And a sales rack. She has never had so many options. Unfortunately the one she loved, they didn't have in her size. But they made her 1st dress shopping experience of the season amazing. The young ladies working there were like a cheer squad for shoppers. It was awesome. 10/10 recommend.
