We travel all across the country and frequently order online delivery from Papa John's. I normally use my app and login, but was in a rush and used their website. I didn't receive a prompt to enter my card info for payment so I had to call the restaurant directly to provide payment. The pizza arrived and I notice I was overcharged ($7 more than the online price). I contacted the restaurant and was told that I would have to place another order and submit payment again. So basically, they want me to pay twice and wait for a refund on one. I've never heard of a more ridiculous solution in my life!! Their employee should've quoted the new price before charging my card and the entire situation wouldve been avoided. Not once did the manager apologize for their error....
Read moreCannot say THANK YOU enough! Was in town recently for a family funeral, and we needed to feed a lot of people on short notice. I stopped in at 2:30 and placed a big order, and they didn't blink an eye about having it ready by 5. Not only that, they gave helpful advice about how to save money on the order, and were just unbelievably patient and kind. Even helped my mother and me carry the order to the car. Also, each pizza was made well; no cutting corners even on a large order. This crew saved the day and we were able to relax a bit and come together as a family without worry about cooking, etc. Will patronize you all from now on any time we're back in town and craving pizza. After being on hold for 11 minutes gave up and called back asked to speak to the manager when the guy got on the phone sounded more upset he had to stop playing his game to take a call, and could care less that his business was going down the drain. To explain it in terms they might understand if I am on hold that long and it is their last line tied up that means over 10 minutes of zero nada orders being taken. This guy would be better suited passing out fiber drinks at the nursing home...
