Art's Cool, Miss Deb, and her whole team are incredible! When we had our daughter's birthday party here, we were so impressed with Miss Deb. She supports each child and helps them embrace their creative side. Everyone had an amazing time at the party, and every guest was proud of the piece they created during the class. Our daughter continues to celebrate her birthdays here and each time she is excited to collaborate with Miss Deb on a new theme.

Our daughter is also enrolled in weekly art classes and it has been a transformative experience. Art class is truly the highlight of her week. Miss Deb welcomes every student at the door and she knows each of them so well. She creates a strong, supportive, and welcoming classroom culture. Every artist is nurtured and she helps students gain confidence as they explore new creative modes. Miss Deb also provides students the opportunity to display their work at local galleries--she truly empowers them as artists and having this experience at such a young age is powerful. Art's Cool is a wonderful creative and sunny space and Miss Deb and her staff make everyone feel welcome. My girls, now 18 and 20, took classes from Miss Deb for 6-7 years and improved their ability, creativity and love for art with her guidance and enthusiasm. When Miss Deb moved to her current space on Middleton Green, they each worked with her for 3-4 years and my older daughter comes back during college breaks to work at Art's Cool because it is such a fun place to work and they love helping the kids find their love and passion for art as well. There is a large back parking lot as well as the smaller front one for parking. My youngest daughter took lessons for 7 years and now is a senior in HS and is one of the key employees at Art’s Cool. She looks forward to working there a nd interacting with all of the kids. Miss Deb ensures that each child progresses through a curriculum with proper materials to learn how to work with the materials as well as all of the basic skills and has each child build on those skills to progress to more challenging projects and mediums. I am very fortunate to not only work alongside Ms. Deb and the other phenomenal teachers that instruct children at Art's Cool, but to be a parent of a student who has flourished under the direction of Ms. Deb. Sawyer loves art, and came in to the studio with a passion. Ms. Deb took that passion and instilled a love of creativity, an education about foundation, the whimsy of creative events, and challenges her in a way that encourages her growth. At the end of the year, the children who participate in regular classes submit pieces of the work they created in their classes to an Art Show. The last two years Ms. Deb collaborated and held the show Sol Bean. Seeing the children's faces as they brought extended family in to see their work displayed is one of the most rewarding experiences as an instructor.
