They're very nice and their salon was clean, but the service was disappointing. I asked for extensions to make my nails longer and almond shapped, with French tips, and a basic pedicure. I was at the spa for a little over 2 hours. I had two different people do my pedicure. And the woman who finished my pedicure started my manicure, but a third woman finished it. I ended up with a cute pedi but a very 1997 style super thick acrylic extension with chunks of my natural nails showing, white nail polish under every fingernail haphazardly, missing spots haphazardly, and white nail polish on my fingers. It's also a super fake looking Barbie pink. I'm disappointed but didn't feel like they had time to fix it; they seemed over booked or understaffed and appointments were backing up. Unfortunately one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten. I used to go to this place when it was a different owner. An older woman did my gel pedi this time.
