Tint Pros Plus — Local services in Middleton

We have used this place for 2 vehicles. The Workout seems for have been done well, but since both vehicles were within the last 4 months, only time will tell.

I give it a 3 stars bc I was quoted a price, then a couple weeks later I got an email saying there was a 15% off sale. Since the price quote did not mention it being a sale price, believed the price would be 15% off the price he quoted me. But when I got there I was told the price he quoted me WAS the sale price. The worst part. When I questioned him, he insulted my intelligence by saying "everyone else understood that price is the sale price" repeatedly. AND, he refused to look at the email he sent me so that he would recognize my point of view. After I left there, furious, he did apologize, and I hope he has learned that people do not win conversations by insulting the person they are speaking to bc he will never be a great businessman nor communicator if he continues to demean his customers.

So basically, he does a good job, so just make sure you are sure of the price BEFORE getting the job done. Do not just say "Ok,...

Brendon, Ricky, and Bella are an amazing team who have mastered their craft and continue to stand by their work. I'm more than happy with the quality of work, customer service, and of course, the precise, dust-free tint application on my 2014 Q5.

I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to having any work on my car, so I'm very particular with making sure that the work is done right. The team, especially Brendon, was very easy to communicate with from beginning to end, walked through the work before and after, and also addressed any and all concerns I had along the way. I must admit that my questions and concerns were overbearing at times (or all the time), but regardless the whole team was patient and continued to validate my concerns and made sure that I understood the process and the outcome.

Bella was also a welcome part of the team, keeping me company and making sure my needs were tended to while I waited. Would highly recommend...

I got my fronts and rear window tinted today at Tint Pros Plus. Got legal 35%. Lemme just tell ya, it was such a difference. now I don't feel as exposed while on the road, and the guys there did such an incredible job. I'll update, edit, or reply to this review (if I can?) in about a week or two's time when I have more driving w the tint time under my belt, but first impressions are that it's extremely well executed and the film seems very high quality. I went with the base aesthetic film, as I don't need ceramic right now, and for ~$200 and tax, absolute steal of a job. Truly cannot say enough good things about this experience. The waiting room is comfortable, with some news station on the tv. Overall 5/5 star experience.
