Rich is a consummate professional. I had an issue with the color of a suit I helped order for one of my Groomsmen. The issue was completely my own fault as I picked out the wrong color grey (hey, what can you say, I'm a man and I figured gray's gray). My fiance reached out to the store, and the next day a return receipt and new order was already initiated and emailed to me. To top it off, Rich hooked my groomsman up with an even more desirable suit in the right color and right alterations without any cost penalty. The suit isn't even done yet, but I have confidence enough that the process will be flawless that I'm writing a review right away. Rich probably runs circles around people half his age, and has a work ethic that's sadly missing in my younger generation. I don't know about the other staff at this location, they may be great, but just ask for Rich for a seamless (no pun intended) experience. ...

Absolutely horrible. When I lived in New Jersey, I went to the Mount Laurel location, which is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend. This store is the complete opposite. Me and my wife went there last Sunday for some shoes and a shirt and I am never going back. No acknowledgment when we walked in (one male and one female working), store wasn't that busy, and even when there was no one else there, the associates didn't say a word and specifically ignored us. Finally, I put the shirt down I picked out and we walked out. I am going to make the trip back to the Mount Laurel location in the future, as I knew I should have to begin with and had been doing. Naturally needed a new suit for an event in 24 hours. Walked in, and was greeted and helped by Dylan. This dude was aces-he understood my urgency and found a perfect suit that matches and looks great on my particularly difficult to buy for frame and build. His professionalism and calmness helped me to remain calm about the fact I had to wear this thing in a little less than 20 hours. I highly recommend anyone that needs a new suit or someone with knowledge and great customer service to talk to Dylan at the Jos A Bank in Flowers Mill. You won't regret it.
