This review of Galleria Dream Kitchen and Bath is long overdue (and long). I have been enjoying the most wonderful kitchen and bath renovation for two years, and my conscience finally caught up with me. I need to give credit to the best design team imaginable. Galleria was recommended by my contractor because he said it's one stop shopping. They have all the trades and the craftsmen there to do the work, if you don't have your own contractor. During my first appointment with Jeff Stoyer, we talked in generalities about the scope of the project, but we also picked cabinetry styles for the kitchen and bathrooms. The 2nd visit was to choose counter surfaces and tiles. Nancy Briatico and Jeff were both very influential in this effort. They knew their inventory and their recommendations were spot on. Galleria has thousands of different stone, tiles and design options. It helped me to have such knowledgeable people to guide the process. Not once have I questioned my choices. I love my kitchen. It works for me. Before construction started, Jeff came to my house with his computer. As we walked around, his questions helped build a picture of what I envisioned the space would look like. His skill was in knowing how to arrange cabinetry, where to put appliances, how to rework the rooms into totally functional living spaces. Everything went into his computer and nothing that was important to me was forgotten. The fun part was when Jeff created 3D images of each room with all the modifications we had discussed, including removing 3 walls and a chimney and rearranging windows and doors. Once construction started, Jeff worked well with my contractor. The specifications for the kitchen and bathroom were precise. It's important to note that when Galleria makes the cabinetry, the cost includes installation. There are too many variables in an older home and many adjustments had to be made to accommodate irregularities, like a sloping floor. Nevertheless, my counters are level. A marble placed on the surface will not roll off. Once the project was completed, Anthony came out to fine tune the cabinetry. He is patience and perfection personified. When I was unhappy with a plain, undercounter cabinet with two shelves, Anthony made and installed two pullout shelves that increased the capacity and ease of use of that cabinet. In summary, I loved working with everyone at Galleria Dream Kitchens and Bath. They helped transform my "crappy old cottage" into a very elegant...
Read moreJeff at Galleria Dream Kitchens was a wonderful collaborator and provided expert guidance throughout the renovation project. Jeff's experience and guidance were instrumental in realizing my vision of a dream kitchen. The whole Galleria team were so easy to work with and were very accommodating. Project Manager, Ray, was very responsive to questions and explaining things to me about the work as well as keeping the work moving smoothy and timely. The skilled workers (Dave, Dave, Anthony and others) were very professional and respectful at all times and the quality of their work was excellent. The local custom made tiles are beautiful. The cabinets are top quality and the appliance and plumbing suppliers were competitively priced and offer quality products. I would not hesitate to recommend Galleria Dream Kitchen to anyone. Thank you Galleria! I love...
Read morePlease know how pleased Rich and I are with the end result of our makeover. The color you recommended was a home run, and the installation was meticulous. Anthony was so attentive to every detail to a fault, and was so patient with our questions and concerns. His customer service skills are a "10" as his number one job was to make us happy which reflects well on your company. (I hope you know how rare that is in this post Covid environment). Although it took a little longer than we thought, it was well...
