NYC3 — Local services in Middletown

I purchased my husband's galaxy zflip phone from here and the phone works great, looked brand new, and price was great. The gentleman who waited (I believe it was the owner) on me was awesome. Customer service was off the charts and he was very friendly & helpful. I was so impressed with his customer service that I returned about 1 month later to purchase myself a phone. I got the same great service & prices.

Unfortunately, I had a HUGE & very unpleasant issue while trying to activate my phone at home and I had to return it. Not only did he replace my phone, he replaced it with one better than I had purchased for all the trouble I had went through. This is the work ethic, character, and customer service skills I constantly harp about in all of my reviews that people seem to not have anymore.

I recommend anyone to shop at this business. They have fair prices, great products, and a decent amount of selections on top of the BEST customer service that I have seen in a long time!! You can't beat all that! 😊

I am 67 year old . I always go to this business to buy beauty supply but this one day my phone broke and I decided to purchase a cell phone and phone cover from them and this has been a nightmare.. Long story short I bought a $250 phone & cover from him.

When I got home the phone didn't work because I needed an unlocked phone and he didn't bring the old information over to the new phone.

I took the phone back to him and this is when the nightmare started. He changed the phone gave me a smaller phone without a cover he states that he didn't have the cover for the new phone and he would need to order a cover.

2 weeks went by so I stopped by the store to check on my cover . The owner who sold me the phone wasn't there and they employees had no clue. It's been a month and I have not received my phone cover which I paid for.

This place treat you good in the beginning but very rude at times. My daughter went in about 8:52 to grab some crochet hair real quick and got rushed out by the fat white girl and the dude with the pony tail. Didnt even get to make a purchase. They kept saying we are closed. If a store is closed, why are the doors open and not locked. She got in my car at 8:53. I looked and all the lights were out they were locking the doors. My daughter spend a lot of money in that place as well as I and they know us. This is not the first time they were closed before 9pm. It's such a shame.
