This is undoubtably the best florist I have ever dealt with. There was a mix up with the flowers I ordered because of an error I made with the address. I spoke to Michael who was so helpful and caring, and he sent another arrangement at his own expense. My niece was thrilled with them and said they were absolutely beautiful. She was so excited that she even sent me a picture of them. I would highly recommend Armbruster Florist for their exquisite floral arrangements as well as exceptional customer service.

The owner Matthew took care of me in a very reliable way. I don't order flowers very often. This time he helped me through the whole thing. Picking them out putting them in a vase and delivering them to my wife. It took no time at all. I was very surprised. He made sure I picked out enough but not too much. That meant everything to me. I recommend this florist to anybody that needs help with any kind of flower arrangement. I have my "posy in a purse" picture in this review.

Words do no justice when describing how beautiful these are. Armbruster Florist completely out did themselves in everyway. My entire home smells of love and roses. These really are above any flower boutique I've ever had or seen. Its truly art work. I can't describe the way it uplifts my entire mood when I look at these. Its a perfect gift, and Armbruster does it best! Couldn't be more happy.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Michael is INCREDIBLE!!! I am not a local (5 hours away), and it's by fluke that I came across this floral shop- but anytime I can give them my business, hands down I will.

After a morning of floral horror stories with two prior places online, a local florist to me in Pennsylvania gave me the number for Armbruster. When Michael answered the phone, he probably had no idea that I was at my wits end & stressed to the max. I just needed flowers for our sister's 50th birthday and had gotten the run around all day from other florists. When he picked up the phone, I greeted him with something along the lines of "Are you a real person standing in a physical florist building in Liberty Township Ohio??"

At this point it was 3:30 in the afternoon and I knew that a delivery for today was out of the question- wrong! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and in turn get flowers to our sister before the end of day. We are so appreciative

I have tears in my eyes as I write this review. I cannot express the am of gratitude I have for Armbruster Florists. Today is a dark day for our family as we lay to rest a young man that meant the world to us. I woke up and remembered I forgot to order flowers and panicked. I am not from the Middletown area so I called my local florist I use and they referr me to Armbrusters.

Mr Armbruster (I think Matthew sorry I was panicked) was the most amazing human being. He not only helped but he didn't try to over charge. I gave him a range and he went at the lower level. Who does that??? An incredible person does!!

Phenomenal experience with Armbruster Florist! Hands down the best florist in the greater Cincinnati area. Polite, quick, efficient, and amazing pricing for beautiful arrangements! Weddings, funerals, holidays, or small celebrations—Armbruster has exceeded my expectations every time!

I’ve gone back to Armbruster time and time again, with breathtaking results for each event. Extremely responsive ownership that is willing to take care of you!
