Our experience with Jessa’s Estate Sales was beyond our highest expectations! Our first meeting with owner Mark set the tone for complete trust in the person and company we were about to turn over all of our four generation treasures and business antiques and supplies with the relocation of store to Midland,Tx. Some of business items were acquired with opening store in 1975. Mark was only a phone call or text away in the process of us packing items to add to sale. He was reassuring as we delivered box after box for them to go through to arrange as individual sale or lump together for bidding sale. The staging done by his assistant Felicia was extremely professional. We received calls from friends during and after the sale to comment on how good everything was displayed and how friendly and helpful his team was. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Mark and his team. It was the best decision we ever made. They took care of us from beginning to end and made us feel so comfortable with the process. Mark was always available if we had questions, his team was respectful and easy to work with and left the house clean and ready to turn over to the next family. If you are on the fence about handling an estate sale yourself, it’s not worth the time and aggravation. Amazingly easy experience to get my mom's estate items sold! They did EVERYTHING including dividing the items, set up/prep, advertising, 3 day sale, clean up/out of entire house, and payment for my mom's portion. It couldn't have been easier! Nice and cooperative/flexible people to work with, and Mark was totally accommodating. All was done and taken care of in a timely manner, a larger item went to consignment, and all other items left were either set aside after we were asked if we wanted to do that or donate what was left (WITH pictures so we truly could decide since we don't live in the area).
