Metrolina Mulch Premium Landscape Product — Local services in Midland

5-2024 - Google will not let me review this business again so I will amend. We used this company in 2019, 2020, & 2024 and could not be happier. Service and product remain premium. Since we had waited so long since placing mulch out last I redid my research on local options for mulch. Prices were very competitive but I felt quality was just superior. Looks amazing and I know this product will last.

origional review: Amazing from start to finish. I have used this company for the last two years and have found them BEYOND knowlegable, kind, and impressive. I did a lot of research on local companies and found this mid size organization, outside of the Charlotte city limits offered exceptional customer service, delivery times, knowledge, and fair prices. Win all around. The delivery person we had come the second time remembered the previous delivery and was very polite on how good all the work we did looked and spent extra time walking my yard when we said we were considering larger rocks as well. I ordered 20 yards of mulch and had great service. Their truck broke down the day of delivery and they called to tell me they'd be an hour late early that morning. Made sure I was aware of the delay which most companies wouldn't. Truck driver showed up, even with the rain and snow, which in Charlotte is usually a reason for everyone to shut down. Asked the truck driver to drop the mulch in a tight area and he took the time to do so. Truck driver was very apologetic for being an hour late, really wasn't a big deal for me since they had called.

Fast and Easy, ordered Tuesday delivered Thursday, mulch is quality and clean, at most 5 small rocks in 10 cu yards. I had to leave a voice mail, they replied via text within minutes and a return phone call about 15 mins later. Day of delivery they confirmed time slot, driver will contact us on the way for more specific eta. They called again to inform us they were running a little late, it was 17 mins late, thats still on time in my book! I appreciated the fact they contacted us about the late arrival even though it was less than 20 mins behind schedule. Call them, great prices and service, you will not be disappointed!
