Sundae Shop — Restaurant in Midland

Sometimes when i venture out I like to try different places to eat… this choice however wasn’t the healthiest but hey you only live once… the sweet girl that took my order from the window to the right of building was very helpful in telling me what she recommended.. so I went for an ice-cream Sundaes… ummm yummmy, hotdog ( stale bun) but hotdog was good.. The best thing was the loaded hamburger omg yaaaas. Ok now for the not so good.. the bologna sandwich was very black, I mean I love a good fried bologna sandwich, but not charrred to black??? the slaw I had ordered on the side was dumped also in the bag, apparently the lid wasn’t intact… as I was there they became very busy, I’m thinking with good reason… seriously I don’t have burgers often & this is definitely my top 5.. The owner Mick or Nick was very accommodating & you could tell he was passionate about his business. I most certainly will be back if I ever come around these parts again. Keep smiling 💙

Been here several times over the years and it’s recently went down hill. The service and quality has declined. I stopped by a few weeks ago and got a vanilla waffle cone. They use to have paper around the cones but no longer do and the staff was holding it with bare hands. No gloves which I found pretty unsanitary. Then after asking her to make a new one using gloves, she got an attitude and remade it. Even after all that and driving home the cone ended up being stale.

Fast forward, came back today for another shot. Friend and I ordered hot fudge sundaes. It was laughable (see below). Little ice cream and hot fudge in the cup. I asked if they could give some more hot fudge and the girl said “we are only allowed to do one pump now.” I’d rather pay more and get what I want then suffer quality. Lots of young kids with attitudes working. Need better training. Won’t...

My wife and I both were very disappointed on this last visit she ordered a burger with ketchup mustard onions cheese I ordered a burger with lettuce tomato mayonnaise we both had fries well we ordered our food went back to the car to eat open the bag and I'm not sure if they even put fries in a holder for container if they did they just dump them upside down which at that point they were laying all over the packets of ketchup and salt and pepper and everything else that was handled they left the cheese off of her Burger and put cheese on my burger and to both of us by the time we finished we didn't feel very good it's almost like they used maybe old grease I don't know and then on top of that they only accept cash come on folks This Is 2020 if you can accept a debit card you shouldn't even...
