Dropped in and got a day pass for a workout while we were in town and this place is awesome! All new and well maintained equipment, an awesome and huge indoor rock climbing area, a nice sized open gym area with an additional room that we could move some rowers and kettle bells into to have our own private area, and there were fresh towels in the locker rooms. It was quiet and empty, which is how I like my gym. I have only two complaints: I wish there was a larger selection of kettle bells in the open gym area and getting 2 day passes was kind of a long process. The girl at the front desk was super nice but it was a little frustrating getting signed in, as she had to enter all our information (name, phone number, email address, physical address, emergency contact) and then had to charge my card separately for the drop in fee for two people. We also inquired about playing pickle ball after, and it was quite a process of downloading an app, entering all my information again, entering my credit card information, and getting signed in as a guest. We ended up not playing because they didn’t have any available times for another hour or so, which I wish would have been mentioned before I went through all that, but not a huge deal, as it will be all set up and ready to go to reserve a court when we’re in the area again. Overall, pretty awesome gym!! I would definitely look into getting a membership here if we...
Read moreI've been at RSCF for a year, and from the first day, I have felt very comfortable working out there. Never have I felt like I did not belong because I am in a different place in my journey. RSCF is welcoming and supportive for everyone.
What do I like most about RSCF? The community: We are all on different levels with our fitness, but that does not matter when we are WODing together. Everyone cheers for each other, and encourages each other to keep going and pushing through the WOD. The support from the other members has been the biggest reason I have kept coming back. When I want to give up, I have someone pushing, encouraging, and cheering me to finish. We really have a family atmosphere at RSCF, and want to see everyone do their best work.
The coaches: They are knowledgeable in Crossfit movements and techniques. Each and every one of them have pushed me to be the best I can in every WOD. When I do not understand how to do a movement, or need practice on a technique, they help. When I want to quit, they encourage me to continue and remind me why I am there. Their support inside the box and outside the box has been amazing, and I appreciate every bit of it. They have supported me from day one of my journey with Crossfit.
So, if you are looking to drop-in, try CF, or a new CF home....RSCF is the place for you! We would love to...
Read moreRenewed Strength CrossFit has been, without a doubt, the worst gym experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a feeling of disappointment and frustration. The equipment was outdated and in poor condition, making it difficult to complete even the most basic of exercises. The overall cleanliness of the gym was also lacking, with sweat-stained floors and unpleasant odors lingering in the air. But what truly made this gym unbearable was the customer service. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no interest in assisting members with their workouts or answering any questions. In addition, the gym's schedule was constantly changing, making it nearly impossible to plan a consistent workout routine. This lack of organization and communication only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction with the gym. Overall, my experience at Renewed Strength CrossFit was nothing short of a nightmare. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable fitness experience.
Of course the owner would add the comment I've been...
