I went to United on 12/11/2024 for the Hulk Hogan meet and greet. I wasnāt sure how the meet and greet worked. I asked one very nice cashier near self checkout area and she informed me Iād need to purchase the promotional beer first then get in line. I found a line inside the store and a loss prevention associate. I asked him if he knows how the meet and greet worked and how I was able to partake in the event. He informed me Iād need to buy a ticket at customer service and then get in line. So obviously thereās miscommunication I wasnāt upset until I went up to the customer service desk. I was treated very poorly by Susan and older lady with brassy blonde hair. I asked Susan in a very polite manner and in an unsure manner, if I may purchase a ticket? She immediately changed her facial expression and tone she became stern for no reason and told me āNo maāam!ā She also held her hand out as if I did something wrong. Susan needs to be coached on professionalism and customer service with customers. This is even more important because of the type of event going on inside the store. Her attitude could drive away customers and potential new customers. This can also drive away sales! I hope this is discussed with Susan and also please ensure all employees are aware of procedures during big...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis post is strictly for the produce they offer and in no way reflects their customer service or product quality. I was hesitant to make this review the last couple of times Iāve purchased produce from them seeing as Iām a previous employee, but as a customer who spends a pretty penny there already I felt the need to. No matter how fresh I buy the produce, no matter if I look for the greenest or most pristine, it always goes bad within days. This has happened with apples, mangoes, carrots, oranges, literally any fresh produce. If I donāt eat it the day I bought it itās basically a waste of money. There is no reason your food should begin to rot 2 days after purchasing especially when itās things like apples or oranges. This has happened to me countless times and itās such a waste of money and time. Everything else, while a little more pricey than other places, is perfectly fine. Itās literally only the produce that does this. Save yourself the money and go to HEB. Iāve found that recently they have the best fresh produce. Again no hate to anyone that works there, they are doing an amazing job at customer service and support. I just canāt find a reason to justify this one issue because it could definitely be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent shopping at this location this morning with my wife and kids. Upon leaving store my wife was pushing our other daughter in empty shopping cart out the door when alarm goes off. Immediately a Female employee impolitely informs my wife that even though she didnāt buy anything it is āimpliedā that she shouldāve gone through a grocery line before heading out the door. My wife explained that there wasnāt any signs that stated that and didnāt think it would be a problem since she had nothing in her cart. My wife was simply trying to go outside so our impatient toddler wouldnāt be causing a commotion in the store. Employee was being rude for being inconvenienced to have to turn off off alarm that goes off at the door that trips the carts brakes as a loss prevention measure. No apology just simply stating that they donāt have signs to let customers know that they have to go through checkout lane regardless if a purchase is made or not and itās āimpliedā that everyone has to do that and yet NO signs are placed anywhere stating that. Wonāt be shopping here with that lack of customer service and making the customer feel welcome instead of inconvenienced...
