WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from them and loved the set so much I recommended them to my son who also purchased from them. His washer broke, it is just over a year old and under warranty. We called for service on Sept 1st. I was at first impressed that they came the day I called. It has been nothing but disappointment since then. The tech said it would be less than a week for the repair even with Labor day since they had to order a part. Well on Sept 7th they called to ask if the tech had even been here! Apparently he did not order the part or even speak with anyone about what needed to be done. I had to call back 2 days later to find out what was going on. She said that the tech had to talk with another tech so they could decide how to fix the problem. Then they ordered the part almost a week after the tech was here! When I asked when the part would be in she was very rude and said she didn't know and didn't know when it would be fixed. They finally called on Sept 13th to say its in but they wont be here until Sept 17th to fix it. 16 days without a washer is very inconvenient for a family with a small child. I'm sure they could have been here sooner but are putting us on the back of the list due to my calling to check the status several times. I was planning to buy my new Samsung refrigerator from them but not now! I was waiting to purchase until after this repair to see how they treated people after the sale. I am glad I waited and I am sure the other company is happy for my business. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will go to Terrys appliance if I ever need repairs on my Speed Queen...
Read moreThis was an awesome experience with Anthony's TV & Appliance. We had bought a gas stove from another company and after a month of them not doing what they promised we canceled that. A month w/o a stove is not fun. The gentleman at Anthony's that we went to see the next night was so kind & knowledgeable. He understood our situation and checked out everything before making promises he could not keep. We literally only paid about $50 more for the stove, and that was to get the air fryer basket. We ended up getting a 5 year unlimited warranty that even covers power surge. That was an awesome deal as the one we first bought required an annual service agreement that would cost like $229 or $239 but that was for each year. Anthony's beat that cost big time. Our cost was 1/5 of what their warranty would cost. The salesman we worked with has initials of HJ but I cannot remember his name. He got the stove delivered on Wednesday as promised and the guy that delivered was also very kind and helpful. Gave us a tutorial basically of the oven. Also gave us tips of things to do and things not to do. The last stove we bought was from Anthony's and that was 20 years ago, and is actually still working but I wanted a new gas stove before they put mire restrictions on them. I cannot cook on electric to save my soul. Needless to say we're beyond happy with the entire transaction, delivery and the stove itself. It has an air fryer and confectionary oven with it. Read moreabsolutely horrible service and disgusting manners in dealing with customers. Scheduled a service tech to come check our daughters refrigerator. Was informed the appt time would be between 1pm and 3pm in a Friday. That morning at 10:38am the tech called to say he was on his way. We asked what happened to between 1-3 and were advised the tech was done with previous service call and we were next. We advised we needed 30 minutes to get ready for their arrival. He agreed. More than an hour later he still had not arrived, we had taken our lunch break to be able to be here early for his arrival. We called the tech back after and hour and he advised he was 10-15 minutes away. At 12:35pm, nearly two hours after he called and well over an hour after he promised to arrive we had no choice but to leave to go back to work. We called Anthony's TV and Appliance to complain and we were told no one was available to speak with. At 12:45 the service department (a lady) called and was extremely rude, blamed it on us, and then while I was explaining what happened she began to speak over me and said "have a good day" and hung up on me. Anthony, You are not the only appliance repair business in the area but you do now hold one honor. Your employees respect for customers time is non-existent, and is dwarfed only by your service departments disgusting treatment of customers.
